Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendant, regulator, sockets, light fittings etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable submain wiring of any descrition and S&F Sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable of size 4.0 Sqmm LT, 1100V grade, drawn trhough and including PVC non metallic conduit of 20mm or appropriate dia including all accessories with one run of 4.00 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. Taking down carefully geysers of any make and capacity, transporting to MES E/M yard for dismantling the same for inspection, taking out all unserviceable and burnt spare parts, de-scaling and cleaning of tank thoroughly with washing compound or liquid solution, applying one coat of milky white synthetic enamel paint with sprayer after preparation of surface, writing work as per existing pattern with black synthetic enamel paint and re-fixing of geysers at its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separatly under respective item of this schedule,however minor items which are not catered in this schedule, the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included inthe unit rate of these items. (b) Minimum technecians ( One Electrician and One Plumber) and minimum helpers with all types of tools and plants/veh etc. should report to E&M yard for repair of geyser including taking down/ /fixing of same. (c) Repair works will be carried out at workshop of E&M yard. (d) Repair works of geyser should completed and refixed the same with in 24 hrs after receipt of complaint slip. If the contactor failed to do complete the complaint, a penal amount of Rs. 500 for each complaint per day will be deduct from the RAR / any payment due to contractor.
