REPAIR MAINT OF LT EXTERNAL ELECT DISTR NETWORK AND ALLIED WORKS AND AIR CONDITIONER REFRIGERATOR DEEP FREEZER AND WATER COOLER WITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT MIL STN LEKHAPANI UNDER GE DINJAN NO 2

Overhauling and servicing of Split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR of any make at different locations at Mil Stn Lekhapani, testing the unit complete with the following tasks :- (a) Overhauling & servicing. (b) Inspection opening washing the condensor coil and cooling coil with chemical followed with pressurized water jet complete. (c) Inspection and treatment of leakage of refrigerant in the system. (d) Checking of operation of blower motor, condesnor motor and swing motor for noise free operations. (e) Oiling of condensor / blower motors and checking the earth continuity. (f) Inspection of all electrical parts / connections and rectification of any small defect. (g) Checking of functional of electronic remote control unit /PCB to ensure satisfactory functioning of indoor/outdoor unit complete. (h) Inspection and treatment of leakage water from indoor unit. (j) Replacing minor spares (ie groomet rubber/rubber lining/washers/nuts&bolt) as required Note:- During servicing of unit, if any major spares / parts are required to be replaced it shall be measured and paid separately under respective items mentioned here- in - after as per direction.

All as per item 1.00 above but for Window type AC of capacity 1.5 / 2.0 TR.

S&F in replacement blower motor for Indoor unit of same specification/make as per existing one, suitable for all type split type AC 1.5/2.0 TR capacity complete including taking out of old unserviceable one, complete all specified and directed.

S&F in replacement blower fan for indoor unit, of same specification/make as per existing one suitable for all type split type AC 2.0/1.5 TR capacity complete including taking out of old unserviceable one complete all specified and directed.

S&F in replacement blower fan with blower motor suitable for window type AC, of same specification/make as per existing one suitable for all type window type AC 2.0/1.5 TR capacity complete including taking out of old unserviceable one complete all specified and directed.

S&F in replacement condensor fan motor with blade for outdoor unit, of same specification/make as per existing one, suitable for all type split/window type AC 1.5/2.0TR capacity complete including taking out of old unserviceable one complete all specified and directed.

S&F in replacement hermitically type sealed, scroll or reciprocating , variable/ fixed speed compressor for all type split/window AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR as per existing including brazing work, laying of extra copper tubing, pressure testing, dehydration, gas charging upto required level and testing on full load for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Make : Copeland/Danfoss/kirloskar/ suitable for LG/Carrier/Blue star/Voltas/Hitachi/As per site requirement

M&L for rewinding of condensor fan motor of all split/window type AC of cap 1.5/2.0 TR including replacement of gun metal bushes, testing for noise free operation and refixing at its existing location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in replacement the following spare parts for Air conditioners, Water coolers, Refrigerators and Deep freezers of any make & model, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement copper tubing flexible of suitable dia including heavy duty nitrile rubber insulation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in replacement of flexible type water drain out pipe suitable for indoor unit tray with extra PVC pipe for out side of split AC as per existing type/model complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling & servicing of water cooler any capacity by carrying out the following works at different location complete with the following tasks, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) Inspection, taking down opening & dismantling descaling brushing cleaning of storage tanks (b) Examine water tightness of stotage tank after cleaning (c) Carry out operations of stop cock, push cock, float valve etc (d) Replace washer & glands of all taps to ensure water tightness (e) Inspect over flow and remove blockage obstruction if any (f) Inspection and treatment of leakage of refrigerant in the system. (g) Check thermostate, Relay capacitor,fan motor, compressor and test its functioning (h) Inspect drain pipe and remove blockage if any (j) Check & correct all electrical wiring and its functioning (k) Testing of water coolers after repairs for satisfactory functioning complete (l) Replacing minor spares (ie groomet rubber/rubber lining/washers/nuts&bolt) as required Note :- During servicing of unit, if any major spares / parts are required to be replaced it shall be measured and paid separately under respective items mentioned here- in - after as per direction.

Overhauling & servicing of Refrigerator/Deep Freezer any capacity and make by carrying out the following works at different location of different establishment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (a) Inspection, taking down opening & dismantling, brushing washing cleaning of refrigerator (b) Check and correct earth continuity and all electrical wiring and its functioning complete (c) Check thermostate, Relay capacitor,fan motor, compressor and test its functioning (d) Rectification of minor defects, replacement of door rubber gasket, door bulb (e) Inspection and treatment of leakage of refrigerant in the system. (k) Testing after any repairs for satisfactory functioning complete (l) Replacing minor spares (ie groomet rubber/rubber lining/washers/nuts&bolt) as required Note :- During servicing of unit, if any major spares / parts are required to be replaced it shall be measured and paid separately under respective items mentioned here- in - after as per direction.

M&L for disconnecting the unserviceable sealed compressor unit from the Water Cooler (capacity 20/40 Ltrs) of any make & model and S&F new hermetically sealed compressor unit, of existing specification, including brazing work, laying of extra copper tubing, pressure testing, dehydration, gas charging upto required level, connecting it with both refrigerant line & electrical line for smooth operation on single phase 230 Volts, 50HZ AC supply and testing on full load for satisfactory functioning all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 15 above but capacity 40/80Ltrs.

All as per Item No 15 above but capacity 60/120Ltrs.

M&L for disconnecting the unserviceable sealed compressor unit from the Refrigerator (capacity 165 to 260 Ltrs) of any make & model and removing the same and S&F new hermetically sealed compressor unit, of existing specification, including brazing work, laying of extra copper tubing, pressure testing, dehydration, gas charging upto required level, connecting it with both refrigerant line & electrical line for smooth operation on single phase 230 Volts, 50HZ AC supply and testing on full load for satisfactory functioning all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 18 above but capacity 280 to 315 Ltrs.

M&L for disconnecting the unserviceable sealed compressor unit from the Deep Freezer (capacity upto 405 Ltrs) of any make & model and removing the same and S&F new hermetically sealed compressor unit, of existing specification, including brazing work, laying of extra copper tubing, pressure testing, dehydration, gas charging upto required level, connecting it with both refrigerant line & electrical line for smooth operation on single phase 230 Volts, 50HZ AC supply and testing on full load for satisfactory functioning all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out voltage stablizer, capacity 3 KVA to 5 KVA, any type, any specification, repair/replacement electric circuit board, all cable connections, complete overhauling of the system including repairing/replacement of push on switch, transistor, capacitor, relay transistor, diode, condenser, zener, pre-set, IC, 12 volt transformer, 24 Volt transformer, voltmeter, PVC connector, indicator lamp, cutout, MCB/fuse, and any other parts as required for proper functioning of stabilizer complete alongwith testing, commissioning including transportation from site to workshop and back all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and topping up/ full charging of Refrigerent Gas (R-32/R-410 A/R-134A/as per unit specification) for any type any specification of Air conditioners, Water coolers, Refrigerators & Deep freezers as per standard practice after pressure testing with filling of nitrogen gas, flushing out the system free from any oil / grease etc. cheking for leakages if any in the refrigerent system making good the leaking parts with necessary brazing/welding, ensuring leak proof system and testing for satifactory performance at different locations complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Cost of any type Refrigerent Gas included in the quoted rate)

Expansion Valve/ NRV of suitable size as per existing for air compressor of AC, Refrigerator, Deep Freezer, Water cooler Note:- (for item sl No 1 to 23) (i) Contractor will provide well experienced 1 No AC/Ref Mech/Elect with Helper for attending complaint/above works on emergengy basis (within 2-4 Hrs) rectifying the defects and making equipments / Appliances satisfactory functional, in addition to man power required for execution of other routine works. (ii) All complaints should be attended with in 12 hours of reporting of complaints. Panelty charges for non attending complaints/above works with in 12 hrs shall be double the quoted rate as per connected item of the above works. (iii) All Tools & Plants required for repair work shall be provided/arranged by the contractor at his own arrangement to trade men & helpers.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed
