Periodical Renewal of 5years completed PMGSY Road C.C Road Balia to Tarapur Road in the District of Kendrapara for the year 2025-2026 (SDBC).

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MoRD & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ,laying spreading & compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing ,rolling with 3 wheeldroller 8-10 tonnes isn stages to proper grade & camber etc complete as per direction of incharge -WBM-Grade-III

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 Kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 75 mm thick built up spray grouting in two layers 37.5 mm thick each layer using 0.45 cum of 25 mm to 40 mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm in each layer with 0.12 cum of 12 mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries but excluding cost and conveyance of bitumen, metal and chips complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying Primer Coat using bitumen emulsion on the prepared granular surface including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 Kg/Sqm using mech. means as per clause 502 MORST&H specification fro road and bridges work (4th revision)including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision). complete for finished item of work including all cost of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Kilometre stone of Standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting, lettering in accordance with the specifications Clause 1703 of MoRD . etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge. a) km stone

b) 200 mtr stone

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lead & lifts, transporting to site by Mechanical means within a lead of 5 km, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement of Table 300.2 and clause 305 of MOSRT&H tec. as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.
