INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XII)

M&L for providing/ cutting the round/ square hole of required size in wall finishing the distrubed surfaces as per existing finishes complete all as spd and supply and fixing exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300m and connecting with and including PVC insulated three core 1.5 sqmm copper cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan motor and writting MES No. with black synthetic enamel paint 2.0 cm high, complete all as specified & directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIII)

M&L for construction of 10 users Septic Tank (brick construction) including excavation in soft/loose soil in foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) brick masonry in CM 1:4 RCC (M-30 design Mix) slab including cast iron manhole cover having 6mm embeded plate embeded all around with angle iron frame vent shaft etc. complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing No CESZ/TD-1086/2015.

M&L for construction of soakage well (brick masonry) of 1.2m internal dia and 3.00m deep below inlet level including necessary earth work filling with brick bats of guage 40 to 60mm, SWG inlet pipe junction 150mm bore including all other relevent works, complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing CESZ/TD-2015.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIV)

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in gound (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead 4mm dia by means of bolt, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 4 mm dia GI earth wire protected by provn of GI light grade pipe 40mm bore upto 7.5mtr including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) with 50mm thick cover of precast RCC M-25 (Design Mix) reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 3kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mmx25mmx3mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and excavation/earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR -2009 Part -I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (a) The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil. (b) The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of charcoal and salt in alternate layers; 7.5 m long galvanised wire 4 mm dia and GI light grade protection pipe 40 mm bore and GI medium grade 20 mm bore watering pipe. (c) The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of funnel, wire mesh, lugs, PCC, RCC, XPM, frame work and including provisions of testing of test point, connecting to test point and all the tests on completion. (d) Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XV)

Material and labour for cutting existing CI/GI pipe line of size 25 to 50mm bore dia and threading of existing pipe with die set complete and fitting of GI Tee for suitable size for fixing of GI pipe 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of fittings and accessories shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

SECURITY WALL WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XVI)

Supply and fixing for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing punched tap concertina coil (including spike and handle) with 56 loops and dia 750mm maximum cover length 8.00 RM and weight not less than 8.00 Kg (approx) each coil, spreading length not more than 8.00 RM in position complete all as specified and as directed.
