Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the same outside MD land.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position below or above ground floors, not exceeding 15 cm in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (M10) (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates finished surface even and fair as in plinth protection with joint filled with bitumen sand mixer finished even and smooth without exta cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (M15) (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate as in floor finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M & L for non skid, vetrified, colour ceramic floor tiles7 to 8 mm thick( square/rectangular)area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white colour or coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for glazed, colour ceramic wall tiles (group B III), 300 mm X 200 mm X 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

S & F glazed, guaged skeleton shutter 35mm thick 2nd class Hardwood factory made divided into squares with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers prepared to receive glass/ guaze etc edges of framing plain. Chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 35 mm thick, timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm thick veneered particle board, Grade -I, Type -I (solid core, general purpose), designation (SO GP-I) conforming to IS 3097 supplied and fixed to chowkats. The size of style and rail as per IS 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated.

S & F flush door shutters, 35 mm thick, solid core of particle board construction, FAT-I or XPS designation, bonded with BWR adhesive with stiles, rails and lipping of timber as given in Group 2A and Group 2B of Annex B of IS 2202 (Part 1): 1999, both sides face panels of plywood as per IS 710: 2010, internally lipped complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F flush door shutters, 25 mm thick, solid core of block boards construction, MR grade, commercial type with stiles, rails and lipping of timber as given in Group 2A and Group 2B of Annex B of IS 2202 (Part 1): 1999, both sides face panels of plywood as per IS 710: 2010, internally lipped complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F prelaminated particle board (decorative lamination on one side and other side balancing lamination), 20 mm thick, grade I or II & type II (Designation PLB-12 or PLB-22), made out of medium density particle board (flat pressed-three layer or multilayer and graded (grade I or grade II), bonded with BWP adhesive), fixed with screws to timber/ steel frame work for horizontal applications as in table tops, counter, furniture tops, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium window/ventilator with openable or sliding shutter as specified, fixed on aluminium anodised tubular frame work fabricated by using 'JINDAL' make' sections or equivalent of sectional members all as shown on drawings, provided with 4mm thick plain glass panes and aluminium wire gauge fixed with rubber beading, neoprene strips etc. including all standard accessories such as aluminium handles, tower bolts, hooks eye, butt hinges etc. complete all as specified.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frames of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick single piece extruded PVC profiles reinforced with 19x19mm MS square tube provided with EPDM rubber gasket weather seal throughtout the frame and the profile mitre cut at two corners and jointed by inserting 2 nos 150mm long brackets of 15x125mm MS square tube inside 19x19mm MS square tube suitably screwed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter as per IS 15931: 2012 consisting of frame made out of MS tube of size 15x15mm for top and bottom rails and 19x19mm for stiles, MS frame covered with 5mm thick single piece extruded PVC profile C Channel having a 5mm thick PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement, forming the stiles and 5mm thick single piece extruded PVC profile for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5mmx2) thick , 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with PVC sheet beading and joined together with the solvent cement adhesive etc all as per manufacturers instructionsa and drawings as shown in SSR Part -1 2009 complete all as specified.

Supply & fix sheet glass, ordinary quality, 4 mm thick and glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty or fixed with beads in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium deco grill Cat No DG-104, Deco Grill/ Hindal 10 mm thick diamond shape with aperture 7.5cm for windows,cut to required size/shape and fixed in position with aluminium beading complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F aluminium wire mesh, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT bars 6 mm to 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and for brushing neat cement slurry on old concrete surface @ 3.0 kg of cement per sq meter complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for polythene film black 50 micron laid in floor and sunken slab

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with using extra cement and mixed with integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately. (on vertical surfaces)

M & L for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and providing APP modified bituminous membrane water proofing membrane with polyester reinforcement and plain finish of 4 mm thick (not less than 5 kg/sqm ± 5% per sqm) consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/Sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25 C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch application method overlap while torching shall be 75 mm on length and 100 mm width side, all angles & bituminous should sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage all joints including for applying bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.125 Kg / sqm on finished APP surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Schedule 'A' Part-II Taking down carefully copper/aluninium point wiring (light ,fan socket or power) complete incl fittings such as switches, ceilling rose, regulator, sockets, lamp holders, breaket light fittings, bulk head fitting, tube lights fittings, etc including switch board and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floorsetc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefuiiy old unserviceable sub main wiring complete with batten fitting or with conduit fittings of any size and making good the disturbed surfaces,complete all as directed for 2 x 4 Sqmm + 1 x 4 Sqmm earth wire.

Supply and lay GI pipe 50 mm light grade in trenches / floors/wall etc for UG cable protection.

Supply and laying burnt bricks, sub class 'B' bricks for protection to cable, laid flat, dry in trenches, width wise, across the cable or perpendicular to the cable. Note: If the tenderer shall quoted the different rates for same item the lowest rates shall be consider for payment purpose.
