Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil i/c lead upto 30m distance & lift upto 1.5 m. required for proper completion of the work as perS.I. no. 253 i/c Cartage

Constrution of granular sub base by providing well graded material, spriding in uniform ;layers with motar grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place mathod with roatbetor at OMC. And compacting with smooth wheel roaller to achieve the desiersd density complet as per technical specification clause 401.

P/L of cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand : 12 graded brick aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing complete, i/c cost of formwork in foundation and floors.as per S.I.No. 273

Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth i/c supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per direction of E/I S.I. No 305(b)

12 mm. Cement plaster in 1:4 with cement and coarse sand mortar in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level i/c internal rounded angles champhers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grith and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive.

Providing and laying 30 MPA 80 mm thick interlock i/c all comp. of works

Brick on Edge soling with M-275 Class Bricks Joints filled with earth i/c preparation of subgrade to prescribed camber and also including binding coat of local Earth over soling Surface S.I. No 786

Providing and laying of P.C.C. Work in 1:2:4 , cement , coarse sand , 20 mm gauge stone grit of not less than strength of M - 150 and curing complete I/c all material , labour and T & P etc. . required for proper completion of the works . S. I. No. 279b

Provision for providing and laying of informatry sign board (Only for estimating purpose )
