Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material of approved quarry, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desierd density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate of approved quarry to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materialwith water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tiper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desierd density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of WMM including cleaning of road surface and sprying primer at the rate of 0.75 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat (After WMM) with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distrubutor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared old nonbituminous surfaces treated with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 also incl. cost of emulsion, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of approved quarry and specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4% to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat (After DBM) with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distrubutor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared old nonbituminous surfaces treated with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 also incl. cost of emulsion, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (B.C.) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of approved quarry and specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4% to 5.6% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beeds @ 250 gms/sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be levelled uniform and free from streaks and holes as per PWD specifications.

Carriage charges by Tractor-Trolly from work site to low line area including loading- Unloading. (Av. Distance of 3.00 Km.)

S/Laying 2400 mm dia RCC Spun pipe (NP-4 pipe) in proper alignment and level including cost of carriage, material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
