Providing and fixing HDF decorative laminated core board German Kerona flooring AC4 class 32.7mm (thirty two point seven millimeter) thick placed over cushion of 2mm (two millimeter) thick expanded polythene foam plus 100 (one hundred) micron thick polythene sheet under lay in 045 beach west including border of required shade in all respect upto floor level, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Raiwood panelling with plank size 75х25 mm (seventy five into seventy five millimeter) & 75х12.5 mm(seventy five into twelve point five millimeter) in combination over frame of wood work (to be paid separately) with top moulding complete in all respect, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and fixing 12mm (twelve millimeter) thick water proof kit ply of standard quality ISI mark and approved shade and colour in Panelling and wall linning including mitring at junctions, butt jointing and nails complete (Frame work for base to be measured & paid for separately) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete 2nd class teak wood 50x12 mm(fifty into twelve millimeter), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portion, Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and fixing aluminium work for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC15), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 10mm(ten millimetre) thickness (weight not less than 12.50(twelve point five zero)kg/ sqm), , including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (One Cement : three coarse sand: six graded stone) aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals.
