Attending various day to day complaints of SEWERMAN, rectifying the defects by deploying sewer man when required, as per detail below along with necessary T & P by cleaning of blocked rain water pipes, soil / waste pipes, gully traps, floor traps, house drain. SW drain of any dia, manholes, road gully chamber etc. including removal of malba as foreign matters, girt, kanker, rubbing etc. as per directed by engineer-in-charge complete and maintenance of all services and upkeep properly. However all stores internal fitting / fixtures etc. required shall be supplied by the department free of cost at site (duty of sewer man is taken as 8 hrs. equal to 1 day on job).
Providing services of BELDAR for necessary assistance for the timely safe and successful operating of the job of Plumber /Carpenter / mason as per work requirement of these tradesman (beldar / coolie). The duty hour of the unskilled shall be treated as 8 hours equal to one day job.
Attending various day to day complaints of CARPENTER rectifying the defects by deploying Carpenter/ Aluminium fitter along with necessary T & P for joinery work such as repairing of doors , windows, cupboards, pelmets fittings, section windows, aluminum fixture and utilities, replacement of windows glass panes, looking mirrors, glass shelf, towel rods, towel ring, hooks , door closure, door spring, plying, board, panel, beadings, battens and bottom/ lock, top rails and styles of doors, fittings etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for all floor and levels ( The required materials will be issued by the department free of cost). The job includes removal of malba and dismantled material shall be deposited to the deptt. Immediately after repair. The duty hour of the carpenter shall be treated as 8 hours equal to one day job.
Attending various day to day complaints of MASON, rectifying the defects by deploying mason when required, as per details below along with necessary T & P for repair of plaster, flooring, ceiling or any other cement repairs works as directed by engineer-in-charge complete and maintenance of all service and upkeep properly. However all store internal fitting/fixtures etc. required shall be given supplied by the department free of cost at site (duty of mason is taken as 8 hrs. equal to one day job).
Attending various day to day complaints of PLUMBER, rectifying the defects by deploying plumber along with necessary T & P by cleaning / repairing the W.C. Sheet, trap & repair of plaster, flooring ceiling or any other cement repairs of work as directed by engineer-in-charge complete and maintenance of all services and upkeep properly. However all stores internal fitting / fixtures etc. required shall be supplied by the department free of cost at site (duty of plumber is taken as 8 hrs. equal to 1 day on job).
