Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE under ground insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT 1100 volts 16 Sqmm 4 core grade cable with aluminium conductor ISI marked, laid in trenches/pipes, fixed to poles/walls with suitable saddle & glands with and incl taking out the old burnt out cables complete all as specified and directed. (Note - Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning , protection pipe and brick protection shall be measured and paid for separately )

Description all as per item No 1 above but of size 4 core 25 Sqmm .

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for taking out or laying of cable in soft/loose soil and getting out compete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m where directed at a level not exc. 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Sand cushioning to underground cable with clean dry sand locally available 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm above the cable,stretching and testing of cable lcomplete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose , punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Brick protection with brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning to cable in trenches with width of brick parallel to the length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 45 watts with high efficiency long life LEDs In-built replaceable electronic driver complete housed in pressure die-cast aluminium alloy covered with polycarbonate cover with IP65 degree of protection and fixing on existing bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Ser Item No.16 here-in-before but of 60 Watts

Supply and fixing in replacement LED post top light fitting made in cast aluminium with decorative opal polycarbonate diffuser with IP 65 protection 20 watts with high efficiency long life LEDs In-built replaceable electronic driver complete fixing on existing bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement incl errection of steel tubuler swage poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) and shifting of conductors and insulators etc including painting the exposed portion of the pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and interally through out plus embedded portion with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Marking of pole number with black paint in yellow circle complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Painting of steel tubular pole 9.0 mtr long, by applying one coat of alluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms . Alluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 Mtr hight from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enammelled paint ( 30 cms each) Pole Nos will be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia all as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm stone aggregate for pole foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work for pole coping / any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening the unserviceable/burnt ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep and cutting of old burnt copper winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including insulating material such as paper cotton sleeves, varnish, reassembling, testing and connecting for satisfactory run, complete all as specified and directed (NOTE:- Taking down/dismantling of ceiling fan and refixing after repair shall deemed to be include in this unit rate.)

Supply and fixing in replacement of ball bearing of the ceiling fan (any sweep) as per existing size incl greasing/oiling, complete all as specified and directed by engr-In-Charge. Make:- SKF/ NBC

M&L in repair for opening and cutting of old burnt copper winding of exhaust fan and rewinding of exhaust fan motor of sweep 450mm with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including insulating material such as paper cotton sleeves, varnish, re-assembling, testing and connecting for satisfactory run, complete all as specified and directed as specified and directed. (NOTE:- Taking down/dismantling of exhaust fan and refixing after repair shall deemed to be include in this unit rate.)

M&L for disconnecting existing defective 500L capacity Heating plant/ Haman from electric mains, water mains and fuel pump isolating the necked connections, removing from foundation by unscrewing the nut bolts etc, discouple from pump and motor, opening of Heating plant/Hamam and motor for inspection in presence of Engr-in-charge and to carry out major repairs transporting to workshop and back, re-assembling the Heating plant/ Hamam after repair, refixing in position reconnecting same as prior to removing from foundation including replacement of nuts, bolts, washers of suitable size, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting the Heating plant and remove the SS inner and outer tank carefully, carry to trade workshop for necessory repairs such as :- (a) Cut the rust out parts of 500 Ltr capacity Heating plant/ Hamam. (b) Moulding of inner tank of 500 Ltr capacity Heating plant/ Hamam and welding work. (c) Moulding of outer tank of 500 Ltr capacity Heating plant/ Hamam and welding work. (d) Supply and filling in replacement of Glass wool between the inner and outer tank. (e) Supply and fixing in replacement upper and lower aluminium strap for suitable size. (f) Supply and fixing in replace ment of necessory quanty and size of nut,bolt and washer.
