Taking down the defective compressor unit and supply and installing of new compressor of same type for cool room (by dismantling the unserviceable compressor from composite unit by cutting out copper tubing and electrical connection etc) of capacity 1.5 ton Make- Dan foss, kirloskar, carrier aircon or blue star as suitable at site including bracing work,leak testing vacuumining Gas charging & testing the site, at required temperature as designed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the defective compressor unit and supply and installing of new compressor of same type for cold room (by dismantling the unserviceable compressor from composite unit by cutting out copper tubing and electrical connection etc) of capacity 3.5 ton Make- Dan foss, kirloskar, carrier aircon or blue star as suitable at site including bracing work,leak testing vacuumining Gas charging & testing the site, at required temperature as designed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable compressor supply and installing the new compressor unit of 2 TR capacity for mortury cabins make- Kirloskar, Carrier, Aircon or Blue star as suitable at site including brazing work vacuumining gas charging leak testing and commissioning the unit to the design temperature complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for items 100, 101 and 102: Leak testing and gas charging for the units replaced with new compressor is included in the unit rate quoted) Make:-Emerson or as approved by GE.

Material and labour for carrying out Leakage testing of cold storage/cool room/mortury cabinets/ deep freezers by vacuuming the plant with vacum pump and filling nitrogen gas seperately in compressor and condensor piping etc finding the leakage and rectifying, providing of gaskets packing/brazing, leaking piping where necessary as required for smooth functioning of the plant complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. (NOTE- Refrigerant gas will be measured seperately)

Material and labour for rewinding of blower motor 0.1 to 0.25 hp with same gauge and turns of copper wire, varnishing and testing of motor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable power contactor ML-1.5 and supply & fixing new power contactor ML-1.5, 4pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for LP/HP Cut out after removing to unserviceable LP/HP cut out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Danfoss or as approved by GE.

Replacement of running capacitor 25 MFD to 45 MFD after removing old unserviceable running capacitor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. make : Usha/ Siemens/ Epcos or as approved by GE.
