Supplying and fixing of 3.6 meter high Jali i/c all taxes, fabrication, painting, labour, material, T&P etc. complete (per RM).

Painting of MS Jali i/c all taxes, fabrication, painting, labour, material, T&P etc. complete (per sqm).

12.50mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement mortar i/c all cost of labour, material and T&P .

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth paint two coat of approved make of required shade on old surface by engineer-in-charge to give even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. for proper complition of work .

Finishing wall with weather coat by primium acrylic exterion paint applied @1.67letre per 10sqm. (Asian or berger brand) of approved mack and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg /10sqm. after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including supply all materials, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required colour/wooden shade texture surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other forain matter, sand papering and stopping i/c cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
