Plain cement concrete Using 1:4:8 mix ( One cement , four Sand and Eight aggregates) using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying,consolidating and curing etc complete as per the standard specifications. Supply and fixing of mild steel grill works for gate, front Name board etc including redoxide priming coat and cost of materials and all labour charges etc. complete.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement Four sand) using 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specification. [MORTH Specification: Clause:1000/1300]

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Lowering PVC / G.I rigid pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste.
