Earth work excavating and deposition on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in sand, silt or other loose soil, Wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2 m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, Hard red earth, shales, murram, garvel, stoney earth and earth mixed with with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil for foundation etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement concrete of M-10 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm and down graded to IS specified grading and using crushed stone sand(m-sand) ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10 N / mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the incredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and sofits including supports and strutting upto 3.29M height for plain surface such as RCC slab, vertical slabs, side slabs of RCC works with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G.10 gauge sheets of size 90cm x60cmx10 gauge stiffend with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak(country wood) joists of size 10cmx6.5 spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). The payment should be made after the concrete is laid.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement concrete of M-15 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 60% of 40mm hard broken stone and 40% of 20mm to IS specified grading and using crushed stone sand(m-sand) ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15 N / mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the incredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Providing and Placing Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M20 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size 20mm and down graded to I.S specified grading and using crushed stone sand(m-sand) (to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 20 N/mm2 in 28 days mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailing/pumping wherever necessary placing in layers and watering ,curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the drawing and specification and including the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering wherever necessary for various depths below ground level as per the direction of the Engineer complete complying with standard specification but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel bars of various diameters for all reinforced concrete works, including cost of rods and binding wire, labour charges for cutting the rods to the required lengths, bending, tying and fixing in position for various depths and heights below and above ground level complete etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Drilling holes 32mm dia in existing body wall for placing anchor rods etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Grouting the holes of 32mm dia with w/c ratio of 0.33 in the existing anicut body wall provided at a spacing of 80 cm c/c in a staggered manner in the vertical surface for fixing anchor rod of 16 mm dia RTS of 1m length in a such position that 60 cm length embeded into the masonry wall at a downward inclinations of 5 degree to horizontal and 40 cm length projected and bend out side the wall including cleaning the drilled hole fixing the rod and other incidential charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Supply and Fixing of outdoor bench made out of Granite Stone 3 Seater with a size of Seat 60’’ x 16’’ x 2’’ and Leg 4’’ x 16’’ x 24’’ which including cost of materials, labour charges, loading, unloading, fixing in Position and conveyance charges etc. complete. The rates excluding of all taxes.

Forming ring bund using with 107 bags per 100 cft filled with using crushed stone sand stitching the bags with jute coir, conveyed the stitched bags to river portion for forming ring bund by placing the stitched curshed stone sand bags in proper position and packing tightly and plugging the joints with clay and straw leaves to arrest the leakages as directed by the departmental officers including the cost of empty bags, crushed stone sand, jute coir, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dewatering with 5HP diesel engine pump in all types of foundation in Check Dam, Abutment, wing wall, Return wall, Retaing wall Portions including diesel, engine oil,pump operator wages, conveyance charges to work site with all inincidental charges etc Complete as Directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying fabricating and erection of the wormnut hoist comprising of a screw rod made of 63mm Ø MS Rod, the threaded portion shall be with 12mm pitch, the screw rod shall be connected to the shutter. Wormnut hoist to suit 63mm screw rod shall be provided for suitable length. The worm wheel shall be made of phosphor bronze with 175mm outter dia with 25 teeth x 25mm circular pitch. Thrust ball bearings should be provided on either side of the worm wheel. Oil seal of size 110x135x13mm shall be provided on either side of the worm wheel. The cost including supplying and erecting electrically operated motor with stand to hold the motor with all electrical works like wiring switches for the operation of motor etc. A cast iron cover shall be provided over the whole arrangement. MS Worm 63mm inner dia & 25mm, pitch double thread shall be provided. Thrust ball bearing Ø 12 shall be provided on either side of worm. A wormnut stand of height 740mm & 380mm at the top & 590mm at the bottom shall be provided with 10mm MS plate. The cost includes painting one coat of anticorrosive paint over one coat of red oxide primer, cost of all materials, cost of consumables like welding rods, grinding wheel, oxygen & acetylene gas, diesel & oil for generator, process charges like gas cutting, welding, labour charges for dismantling and refixing, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, hire charges for equipments like chainpulley block, welding machine, cutting set, grinding machine, power charges for generator, conveyance to site, fixing the worm hoist arrengements etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and clearing them after completion of work, including cost of trial operation etc., complete. Fabricating, supply and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutter of size made out of 8mm thick mild steel plates and 65x65x6mm mild steel channels for outer frame with each 1 No. of vertical and horizontal stiffeners at equal spacing made out of same section and 8mm mild steel plate for Gusset plate 2 Nos., size 0.30x0.23m with required bolts and nuts and shutter Groove Angle made out of 100x100x10mm mild steel angle with required height including welding of hold fast of size 40x40x6mm mild steel 3 Nos., and screw rod 50mm dia mild steel round rod duly machined and fully threaded to suit the capstan head assembly with required bolt and nut and top beam made out of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the head set assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.9m with necessary fish plate made out of 12mm mild steel plate of size 0.23x0.30m, 2 Nos., and the cast iron head set assembly medium duly with hexagonal nut (approximate 50kg) duly machined with nut, threading to suit the screw rod with including cost of ball bearing for smooth operation cost of grease, one coat of anticorrosive black paint over the one coat red oxide primer etc., The coat shall include required handle for shutter operation and conveying loading and unloading charges including petty civil work and trail operation etc., complete.
