COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR TO EXHAUST FANS, WALL FANS AND CEILING FANS TOGETHER WITH SERVICING OF GEYSERS, INCLUDING RENEWAL OF BURNT/UNSERVICEABLE FAN MOTORS UNDER GE PANAJI

Taking down ceiling fan / exhaust fan / wall mounted fan of any make/type/size/sweep, at site from any height of the building for any defect, servicing complete, repairs / overhauling including replacement of worn out parts / rewinding as required, spare parts(like MS Nut,bolt of suitable size,split pin,U clamp with rubber reel) & re-fixing in same position including successful testing on full load with blade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i)All spare parts required for repair including rewinding of motor,bearings and any other components shall be measured and paid seperately under the relevant schedule of item. The qouted rate is for dismantling, reassembly, testing and installation only.

Supply and fix flexible wire 1.5 sqmm size, three core, 1100 Volt, twisted, PVC insulated, copper conductor, multistranded for connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make:-Polycab/Plaza/Havells

Supply and fix down rod, MS, 15mm dia, heavy duty, 300mm long as per requirement for hanging of the ceiling fans incl suitable size of clamps, nuts, bolts for hanging of down rod on any type of roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix down rod, MS, 15mm dia, heavy duty, > 300 mm upto 900 mm long as per requirement for hanging of the ceiling fans incl suitable size of clamps, nuts, bolts for hanging of down rod on any type of roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC canopy for 1200/1400mm sweep as per existing size and make complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:-Usha/Bajaj/Crompton

Material and labour for rewinding of burnt ceiling fan/wall mounted fan 1200/1400 mm sweep, 230 volts, AC, (after opening and taking out burnt winding) with suitable size of super enamelled copper winding wire so as to meet original specification of fan including insulation material/varnishing etc.,and reassembling the same after testing on full load with blade and replacement of worn out minor parts (like ball bearing, gun metal bushes, rubber reel) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs new metal blades suitable for ceiling fan of 1200/ 1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rewinding of burnt exhaust fan of size 300/380mm sweep, 230 volts, AC, (after opening and taking out burnt winding) with suitable size of super enamelled copper winding wire so as to meet original specification of fan including insulation material/varnishing etc.,and reassembling the same after testing on full load with blade and replacement of worn out minor parts (like ball bearing, gun metal bushes, rubber reel) complete all as specified and directed.
