Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering .All work up to plinth level with : 1:3:6 with ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) using 20% stones. including all leads /lifts ,carriage, handling and re-handaling ( Complete job)

Providing and fixing of 12mm thick marine/water proof ply for ceiling including cutting hosting and fixing position and painting with primer and enamel paint.
