Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thickness PCC 1:3::6 type C2 using 40mm stone aggregate in plinth protection including finishing smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in levelling coarse etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair, including two coats of OBD over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured chequred cement concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with white cement and pigment including screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceedifng 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors and skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
