Dismantling cable protection pipe 40/50/80/100 mm dia. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable under ground cable of any size and any core description and in any position from trenches/ under floor,roads,paths or from walls / from poles/ from ducts etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 4 core , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells/KEI/HPL Electric Note :- (i)Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under BOQ

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding of 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus soil as obtained from excavation to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point, all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-rienforcement precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, Size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable including spreading levelling watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note:-Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

M & L for carrying out boring under the black top road for crossing of LT cable/protection pipe by any means boring machine or otherwise without damaging black top surface of road for fixing of GI pipe 80/100mm bore under the road complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40 mm GI tubing light grade with all fittings as required for passing cables under floors, along the wall or along the pole, etc with suitable size M.S.flat iron clamps including nut, bolt and washer including taking down old rusted pipe.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steei earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cmx 6-7mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level and connected to galvanized strip 32 X 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connected to OH conductor on pole/ Panel/ main switch board etc all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including provision galvanized strip protected by 40 mm bore, light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm ’bore medium grade GI pipe including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel, GI strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fix in repairs installation, connecting, commissioning and testing of LT panel with CPRI approved main factory fabricated LT distribution panel board, outdoor type, both side openable including locking arrangement with sliding door bolt , cubical type, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415V, factory made free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubical type, fabricated from 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with anticorrosive coating and finally epoxy polyster powder coating of 7035 seimens grey shade fully compartmentalised design with 4Nos insulated bus bar each made of high conductivity aluminium suitable for 1000 Amps, prewired with suitable size of copper cable/insulated copper strip including PCC work and Iron work for fixing arragement at site suitable earth strips conforming to IS, cable glands, lugs etc suitable for and comprising of the following including taking down old LT panel. Make: Universal switch gear/ Bafna Electric panel/ National switch gear or equivalent

NOTE for item no 12.00, 13.00 & 14.00 above (i) Rates are deemed to be inclusive of PCC platform of suitable size and 45cm height and 4 Nos legs of 50mmx50mmx6mm and 60 cm in height for fixing the panel (ii) Make of MCCB :-Havells / Legrand / Schneider/L&T (iii) Make of LT panel:-Universal switch gear/ Bafna Electric panel/ National switch gear (iv) Make of Voltmeter,Ammeter :- L&T (v) Danger notice plate (02 Nos)in Hindi and English of size 20cmx 15cm shall be fixed on the panel (vi) Contractor provided power coated finish paint on panel and test certificate /CPRI Approval certificate.

Taking out old unsv danger plate and supply & fixing of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of damaged LT panel section of front/back/side /top and bottom portion of any size MS sheet with new of required size or thickness and fixing on existing LT panel board including necessary bracing/welding work and drilling works including necessary hinges and two coat of sunthetic thick enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S & F framed work as in doors or gates of angle made out of Fe 410-W Gde E-250 quality -A or other section with gusset plates, rails, hooks, hinges for sliding arrangement, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Cleaning and upkeeping of sub station area, surrounding area of LT Panel/Bus Bar/Feeder pillar box and clearing away all grass vegetation, sapplings,shrubs,bushes under growth roots and trees not exc 30 cm girth ( Measured 1 mtr above the ground level) and removing of rubbish to a distance of 50 mtr out side periphary complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material & labour for painting feeder pillar box/LT panels of inside, outside and all six sides including all angle iron legs after preparation of old painted surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply , fabricating , fixing in repair structural mild steel channel angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrications of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners, eye hooks, bolts, pole clamps and back plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding bending cold , or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat ,one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete.Note :-Insulators to be measured and paid for separately
