Work of supplying and fixing of Borewell Automation systems to various locations coming under AEE(BW&PS)-1-3 sub division (875 Nos)

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor at least one similar work such as drilling/sinking/re-drilling of 6.5 inch dia borewells with necessary accessories like Panel Board, earthling etc. in last five years of value not less than Rs.236.39 Lakhs

Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor at least 700 Nos of Installation of IoT devices in last five years i.e., from 2020-21 to 2024-25

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5 - B) greater than Rs.472.77lakhs (Including GST)

The tenderer shall be a Civil/Electrical Class-I contractor registered under KPWD

The firm has to have the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with GEM certified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certificate for manufacturing Internet of Things devices to Borewells

The said manufacturer has to submit details for demonstration of installation of minimum 50% i.e., 438 Nos of Internet of Things devices for borewells

Cloud Storage: Provide secure storage for historical data and analytics. 3.APIs: Enable seamless data exchange with third-party platforms and applications.4.Web Application: Ensure multi-device compatibility for real-time monitoring and configuration.5.Admin and User Dashboards: a. Admin Dashboard: Advanced configuration options, access control, and detailed analytics. b. User Dashboard: Real-time insights, scheduling, and monitoring capabilities.6. Remote Notifications: Send instant alerts for operational updates. 7.Audit Trail: Maintain detailed logs for device and user actions.

Data Analytics and Visualization. 1.Dashboard with Graphical Insights: Compatible for intuitive graphical representation of borewell operations and data. 2.GIS Integration: Compatible for geospatial data for location-based insights. 3.Weather Integration: a. Offer 3-day forecasts for planning water distribution schedules. b. Provide historical weather data for enhanced analytics.4.Water Usage Analytics: Generate comprehensive reports on water consumption patterns, including one-year usage history.5.Power Usage Analytics: Monitor and analyze motor power consumption.6.Preventive Maintenance Alerts: Send notifications for servicing needs based on device health and usage data.7.Event Logs: Ensure downloadable CSV reports for analysis and troubleshooting.

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.945.54lakhs documentary proof in the form of certificate issued by a Chartered Accountant along with relevant balance sheets has to be uploaded

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: Availability by owning the following key and critical equipment for this work Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.141.83Lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Nationalized / Schedule banks in India for meeting the fund requirement etc
