Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., in layer not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lead up to 1.5m.

Boring, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of 300mm diameter with one bulb in M35 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of concrete M35, boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pipe to be embedded in pile cap etc., all complete. Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundation, bases of columns, walls (any thickness), lintels, beams, plinth beams, columns, pillars etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-35 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All works from foundation upto floor V level. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 380 kg/cum.

Providing and laying in position of ready mix concrete using machine batched and machine mixed design mix of self compacting concrete (SCC) M-35 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Cement content considered in this item is @ 380 kg of OPC cement per cum.All works above plinth level upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side with a mix of 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

Painting with synthetic enamel of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade : Two or more coat on new works

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm. Applying exterior texture paint -Applying super premium quality 100% exterior Acrylic (Asian / ICI /Berger) emulsion two or more coat with texture finish (Asian Royale play or equivalent) as per the approved design over the dry surface. The rate is inclusive of applying base primer etc complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Labour charges for cutting, welding, alteration and refixing in position for existing weld mesh / grill with additional MS clamps welded to the existing frame supports including all materials, tools and plants, welding rods etc

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. brick work in Masonray wall
