Labour only for moulding half round to granite edges of 20mm thick including polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L polishing to existing marble/terrazzo tiles floor including cutting with polishing machine having polishing stones levelling the joints by filling loose joints with white/colour cement to match the floor tiles in three operations including polishing with wax of approved makes as final coat and removing all dust splashes,dirt the polished materials and dust from the walls washing the surfaces complete and applying of oil bound distemper at disturbed portion of wall to match with existing finish complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&Lin repair, fixing false ceiling with light weight 19mm thick mineral Armstrong tiles of size 595x595mm suspended on silhouette profile suspension system of grid made from hot dipped GI steel section notary stitched double webbed power coated white consisting of main T- runner 42mmx14mm and 0.30mm thick and cross T of size 33mmx14mm and 0.30mm thick placed at 60cm centre having width of flange 14mm with a 6mm reveal profile (Blace). The grid system to be rested on the periphery wall/partitions on a W-profile wall section made of pre-coated galvanized steel of dimension 3.0mm long x (15mm+10mm)x22.5mm and laying false ceiling for services like diffusers grill including cutting, making opening for services like diffusers grill light fitting, fixture smoke detectors etc. Wherever required main T-runner to be suspended from ceiling using GI suffix cleats of size 25mm x 35mm x 1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 6mm dia and 50mm long dash fastener, 4mm dia GI adjustable rods with galvanized level adjustment clips spaced as required, all complete at all height as per specification, drawing and as per direction of Engr in Charge.
