GE (AF)/SGR-09/2026-27 REPAIR / REPLACEMENT TO TANKS, TANK CLEANING, LEGGING OF GI PIPES, FLOORING, STAIR CASE INCLUDING CONNECTED WORKS AT SMQ UNDER GE (AF) SRINAGAR

Taking down and refixing of shutters in same opening after easing and adjusting of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm each including resecuring/changing of builders hardware, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and including demolition of existing stone slab and tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing / grinding and polishing upto mirror finish complete over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and including demolition of existing stone slab and tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Green marble work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms with gas pipe hole, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including demolition of existing stone slab and tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polishing of old surfaces of marble/ granite/ kota stone work where ever required, intial preparation includes grinding the surface evenly with machine fitted with fine grade blocks (No.120) thereafter final grinding with machine fitted with the finest grade grit blocks (No. 320) carried out the day after the first grinding completed. After the final polish, oxalic acid shall be dusted over the surface at the rates of thirty three (33) gms per square metre sprinkled with water and rubbed hard with pad of wooden rags, the floor shall be wiped with a moist rag and dried with a soft cloth and finished clean, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor finish even and rough to receive further floor finishes (tile/kota stone/ marble ), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand Complete all as specified and direction.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and direction.
