Demolition of stone/boulders or brick masonary built in cment mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dresses stone work and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks (using old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble masonry brought up to course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for surface channel, drain and RCC post etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion including Thin layer (1mm thick) of wall care putty and priming coat preparatory to distempering, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including sides and soffits of beams, fascias, parapets etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer, colour and tint as ordered, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in columns, slab, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) with necessary scaffolding and protection as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, lintels up to 1.5 m span, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs / benching to manhole etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation. complete all as specified and direction.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC, 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pavement/pathways, fire breakers etc shall be laid in alternate bays, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling /stone slab/brick tiling /interlocking tiling/Pre-polished tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)/ cement plaster including rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified parking tiles 10mm thick heavy duty exterior grade texured finished of size 400X400 mm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as spciified and directed.

M&L for glossy finished rubber moulded machine pressed rubber moulded chequered tiles of any pattern/design of size 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floors paths etc, complete all as spciified and directed.

M&L for kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete, Factory made, in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring , laid in alternate bays and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast RCC, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cover slab for drain/ soakage well / manhole and similar works supported on walls and set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement steel will be measured & paid separately)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 6mm to 8mm dia as in stirrups cut to lenth bent to shape required including cranking ,bending etc and lapping, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old chain link fencing including flat iron, line wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC posts or struts embedded in concrete any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground and disposal of old debris to outside the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface, work in soft/loose soil, complete all as speciified and directed.

S&F MS 10 mm dia round bar Fe-410-w (grade E-250) quality-A as line wire for holding chain link mesh, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS flat iron clamp, Angle posts and struts in fencing cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. Flat iron fillets (For securing chain link fencing etc) and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanisd chain link fencing of size 50x75mm with nominal dia of mesh wire 4mm, complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing of any type fixed to RCC / steel post with mild steel flat & nut bolt etc, complete all as speciified and directed. Note: (i) Supply only fencing, will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Supply and fix mild steel nut bolt, line wire and flat will be measured and paid separately.

S&F mild steel bolts screw (machine made) with hexagonal or squre head at one end and scrw the other or screw both ends, each each screwed ends, to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or squre nut exceeding 10cm and not exceeding 15 cm long and dia meter of shank 05 to10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing and rescrubbing of old Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and making good staple etc. (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description, not exc 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, not exc 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing wall panelling / cladding of aluminium composite panel of any colour any type of approved shades made out of 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 2 mm thick mineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick ). The aluminium composite panel wall panelling / cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF lumiflon based fluoropolyer resign coating of approved colour and shade on exposed face and polymer (service) coating on the face fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25 mm x 40 mm with 1 mm wall thickness including stainless steel screws, nuts bolts, washers cleats, weather silicone sealant for groove filling etc complete all as per manufacturer instruction & as directed including taking down old panelling / cladding, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work as in truss, rafter purling, made out of anglle/Hollowpipe/tube section including jointing cleats, plates flat iron, gusset plates, rails, braces etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old / undecorated plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick machine cut, granite (of any type) (table rubbed and polished), in steps, columns, jambs, pillasrs, window cill, cooking platform, walls and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including demolition of existing unserviceable granite, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles for wall cladding, each tile of size exc 0.15 sqm but not exc 0.27 sqm, 10 mm thick of approved pattern / designed, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, brackets of angle for chajja, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismentling/taking down items) worth Rs 63,150.00 during AOC. Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule.
