Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (A) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : (A) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : (A) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth by departmental brick in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Deduct for not providing hinges in doors, windows or clerestory window shutters with : (A) ISI marked Stainless steel butt hinges with stainless steel screws : (i) For 2nd class teak wood and other class of wood shutters

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: (a) 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : (a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

6 mm cement plaster of mix : (a) 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : (a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Applying priming coat : (a) With ready mixed aluminium primer of approved brand and manufacture on resinous wood and plywood.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: (a) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : (a) Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (a) Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge. (a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Hiring of electric welding machine with welder at the site of work all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Credit to brick bats

Repair of M.S. gate for proper alignment by welding,straightening the MS angles,square bar etc. as required for smooth functioning all complete as per direction of E-IN-C.

Dismantling carefully 0.75 m high Compound wall MS grill including demolishing cement concrete bed blocks and staking the materials with in a lead of 50 m as directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Fixing available MS grill inlcuding straightening, lifting, placing in position all complete as per direction of E-I-C.(The item included all labour,T&P,scaffolding if required,Payment of cement concrete blocks shall be paid seperately).

Dismantling the existing concertina coil fencing including dismantling existing Y shape angles and staking the all material with in a lead of 50 m all complete as per direction of E-IN-C.

Refixing the avialable concertina coil fencing including fixing the avialable Y shape angles to the boundary wall all complete as per direction of E-I-C.(The item included all labour,T&P,welding,scaffolding if required).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.. (a) In cement mortar

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Credit to unsevisiable wooden door.

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured):(a)From brick work in cement mortar

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)
