Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kinds of soil : 50 meter beyond 1 m from cutting edge

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand underfloors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Dry stone pitching, 225mm thick, including cost of stones and preparation of surface. Nallah stone

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- all work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) . Dark shade using ordinary cement.

Supply and fixing Nilgiri grass turf including carriage up to site men materials, tools etc. wherever required complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer In charge.

Providing and Installation of spiral slide as per Technical Specification along with fixtures, including carriage up to site ,primer & painting etc including cost of excavation, Concrete work, reinforcement, formwork etc. for foundation wherever required, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
