Earth Work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil/ malba exacavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 metre (20") in depth & earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm (8") layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 metre ( 5' ft.) lift and 30 M. (100 ') lead. The earth/ malba from cutting will be disposed off up to 2 K.M. distance from site work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge)

Supply and stacking of 40-63 mm gauge harde stone ballast from approved quarry for inter coat including royalilty, cartage octroi sales tax & all other taxes what so ever applicable under rules and required template after screening at road side, including dressing of side berms as required where metal is to be stacked

Supply and stacking of 22.40-53 mm gauge hard stone ballast from approved quarry forTop coat including royalty, cartage octroi sales tax & all other taxes what so ever applicable under rules and required template after screening at road side. Including dressing of side berms as required where metal is to be staked.

Supply & Stacking of screening material approved quality for consolidation of stone ballast including all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Consolidation of stone ballast in 12 cm( loose) thick coat including opening out stacks including carriage of material upto 30 mtrs.( 100 feet) carriage of water 200 mtrs. including spreading of screening material by road roller including higher and fuel charges etc. of the rollar as per direction of Engineer-in- charge required for proper completion of the work

Water allowance to be allowed on item No. 2 & 3 between 15th November to 31st May.

Renewing patries 1.5 metere wide including dressing surface filling upto 8 cm (3") depth and making namunas, at every 15 metre apart on either side of the road true to patries template with side slopes of 1:2 etc. trenches for taking the earth to be so dug that they form a continuous side drain at road boundary.

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm wide and 11cm , deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Providing & Laying Surface dressing (Ist coat painting) as wearing course in single coat using crushed stone aggregate of specified size on a layer of bituminous binder laid to on proposed surface and rolling with 8-10 tone smooth wheeled stell roler.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen on surface of grandeur base including cleaning of raod surface and spreading bitumen at the rate of 0.20 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying 50mm thick bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix plant producing average output 75 tonne per Hour using curshed aggregate of specified grading preserved with bitumun binder @ 3.30 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finished to the required grade VG-30 level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibrator and tandem roller to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 504 complete in all respect.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen on bituminous macadam surface including cleaning of raod surface and spreading bitumen at the rate of 0.20 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and lying semi dence bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tone per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transprting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, railing with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 508 complete in all respects.
