Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Materials required for the work shall be procured by the renderer themselves and should got tested by the quality control authority before use on the work

The field Lab shall preferably located, adjacent to the site with the required amenity, Failing which 1% of the amount of work done will be penalized

The awarded Contractor has to Submit his bills through e-MB for payment.( Billing is through e-Mb ie: Contractor has to produce Soft copy and hard Copy of RA or Final bill for payments),as per the G.O. No. FD 56 Pro.Cell 2004,Bangalore,18Th January 2005

The Bidders submitting tender for SC, ST, Cat-I, Cat-IIA allotted tenders should upload the Caste Certificate and Domicile Certificate for having resided in the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years issued by the Competent authority in the KPP portal along with their bid compulsorily. Otherwise such Bids will be summarily rejected.
