B/R PORTION Demolition of unreinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work inluding doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggreagate) for fixing rails of gates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces of walls and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite stone ( any type, any colour) work (table rubbed and polished) in vertical surfaces such as dado , skiting etc including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) including admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. all kinds of soil complete all as specified and directed.
