SH: II SITC of MV Panel

Fabrication and Supply of MV Switch Board Panel of Outdoor type (Doouble door with hinged type outdoor) tested design as per IEC 61439-1 & 2 suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply,made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet steel for outer Shell (width not less than 450 mm) with canopy and 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel for inner partition, 3 mm thick for gland plates, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing, extensible on both sides, painting with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade and also includes provision of necessary supporting arrangement with MS "C" channel bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x50 mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 nos earth stud,control wiring with 2.5 Sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half and suitable for outdoor operation, complete with all accessories, interconnection, earthing, alignment with the bus ducts etc., as required comprising of the following:

Providing Mechanical and Electrical Interlocking Facility for 2 incomers and Buscoupler including necessary contactor arrangements etc., complete as required.

II) Outgoing Details: C) Four Nos. of 125 A, 25 KA, 4P MCCBs as per latest IEC with Thermal Magnetic Based Releases for OC/SC Protection as Outgoings with extended ROM for mechanical ON/OFF, cast resin type CT operated Digital MultifunctionMeter [EM 6400 of Conzerve/Equivalent], ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps, as required. D) Two Nos. of Three Phase Surge Protection Device (SPD)for both direct and indirect lightning having 100KA 10/350 micro seconds neutral to earth, 50 KA 10/350 micro sec line to neutral respectively, with limiting voltage less than 1.5 KV connected on the mains power entry point at the incomers & of modular type. E) One Set of 400 Amps Al. Bus Bars with at Par Neutral BUS BARS as required. F) All accessories such as fuses, auxillary contactors, auxillary switches, etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of MV Switch Board Outdoor Type panel mentioned in Item No. from 2.01 to 2.03 including excavation for foundation, providing RCC foundation up to 45 cm height above GL, fixing of panel over the RCC foundation with Fastner and earthing connections etc. complete as required.

Fabrication and Supply of MV Switch Board Panel of Indoor type tested design as per IEC 61439-1 & 2 suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply,made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing, extensible on both sides, painting with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade and also includes provision of necessary supporting arrangement with MS "C" channel bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x50 mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 nos earth stud,control wiring with 2.5 Sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half and suitable for indoor operation, complete with all accessories, interconnection, earthing, alignment with the bus ducts etc., as required comprising of the following: (All MCCB's are OF Ics=100% of Icu)

II) Outgoing Details: C) Two Nos. of 63 A, 25 KA, 4P MCCBs as per latest IEC with Thermal Magnetic Based Releases for OC/SC Protection as Outgoings with extended ROM for mechanical ON/OFF.With ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps, etc., as required. D) Two Nos. of 40A, 10KA, 4P MCB. E) In each phase One No. of 32 A, 10 KA, DP RCBO with 100mA sensitivity with Four Nos. of 20 A, 10 KA, DP MCB and Two Nos. of 10 A, 10KA, DP MCB. (In total 3 Sets to be provided one in each phase) F) Six Nos. of 20 A, 10 KA, DP MCB. ( 2 Nos. in each Phase ) G) Two Nos. of Type-2, 50KA SPDs of modular type. E) One Set of 125 Amps Al. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of MV Switch Board Indoor Type panel mentioned in item No. from 2.05 to 2.07 as above including required supports, earthing connections etc., as required.

SH-III Internal and External Electrical Works

Supplying and laying of following size OD HDPE Pipe of PE 80 PN 6 ISI Marked along with all accessories conforming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground (0.75 Mtr below the ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., as required.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL Pipe/HDPE Pipe as required.

Upto 35 Sq.mm

Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Supplying and fixing of thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure box protected with mentioned capacity of MCB and socket outlet. , suitable for fixing on surface including termination of incoming cable, necessary connections, etc. as required. i) 3 Pin 15A/5A socket outlet - 1 No, ii) 5/6A, Double Pole, 10 kA "C" curve MCB (Make: Hensel or equivalent)

Installation, testing and commissioning of 12 Watts Ceiling / Surface mounted LED Lowbay bulkhead fittings pre-wired, complete with all accessories and tube etc., directly on ceiling/wall, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc., as required.

Installation, testing & commisioning of 25W LED street light fixtures by providing suitable GI arm bracket upto 1mtr length with necessary accessories etc., complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 4 inch dia, 1 HP, submersible pump having 39 meter head including Starter Panel with necessary suitable size of UPVC pipe for borewell, rope, adopters, clamps, connections, etc complete as required

Installation of Outdoor type polycarbonate Loop-In Loop-Out Junction Box including excavation for RCC foundation of 0.8(L)x0.75(W)x0.5(D) all dimensions in metre upto ground level, Fixing of Junction Box over the RCC foundation with Channel upto an height of 400mm with necessary fixing arrangements etc. including cable terminations complete as required.

SH-VI Surge Protection, Lightning Protection & Earthing

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc., complete as required.

Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another Copper/GI tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting / sweating and soldering etc., as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 25 mm X 5 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required. (For horizontal run)

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 25 mm X 5 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required. (For vertical run)

Supply of Secondary Protection power filter for surge protection having Multi Stage Series Power Filter (MSSPF) 63 Amps 3 Phase, 4 wire with neutral protection and built in MOV based surge diverter (type C) of 40KA at input and 40kA rating at load side with LC low pass filter for per phase, Inductor (L) Wounded in cylindrical Ferrite core, Self healing polypropylene Capacitor (C) compliance with IEC 61643/IEEE C62.41/ASNZ 1768/ANSI Standards, prewired in IP55 grade Powder coated metal enclosure with 63Amps MCB, service change over switch, complete with sensing circuit, potential free contacts and necessary indicators and alarms connected in series with UPS input complete as required and as per the specifications.
