Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material outside premises at an unobjectionable place as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.i) 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade with two or more coats over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
CABLING AND ALLIED WORKS - ARMOURED CABLES Supply & laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium/copper conductor, 1.1 kV grade armoured cable conforming to IS:7098, as per approved make in ground/ trench/surface/pipe, etc. whereever required as per direction of Engineer In-charge. Note: The rate of Installation should be inclusive of Cable clamps, tags Saddles, Consumables etc. Trays/pipes, trenches, fabricated tray supports etc will be covered & paid in Separate Items ( 4 Core x 2.5 sq. mm Copper Cable FRLS)
i) Providing earthing with 100 mm dia, 3.0M long C.I pipe as per IS:3043 (with latest ammendment) including providing suitable earth bus for interconnection, providing a mixture of salt & charcoal, making earth pit chamber with chequered plate cover as per standard Drawing all complete as per specification & direction of Engineer In-charge

Radiography inspection on product pipe joints of all types and thickness including providing all necessary equipment required to perform the work as per our specification and direction of engineer-in-charge. The radiographs shall be submitted to the engineer in charge at site/ third party inspecting agency. Note: Retaking of radiography due to defective welds/ defective films/ defective workmanship etc. will be to contractor's cost. For every failure, radiography has to be done for three additional joints of same dia. at contractor's cost. Size 300 mm dia

Fixing the supplied Class-150 CS non return valves (swing check / lift ) for product and fire hydrant lines as per enclosed specification & drawings. NRVs shall be mechanically cleaned (St-2) & painted with 1 coat of P4 primer and 2 coats of F1 finish paint of approved colour and shade as per specifications and as per directions of site in charge. Rate is also inclusive of boding with multi-strand Cu strips. Size 250 mm dia
Dismantling of Existing Fire engines : The work includes dismantling of fire engines & along with its connected pipelines & cabling works along with the shifting of dismantled Fire engines to suitable place within the premises of the plant as directed by EIC. Job also includes De-coupling of Fire Engine from Fire pump and Main Suction & Discharge Fire Hydrant Line and re-fixing. Rates are inclusive of Tools & Tackles like Hydra , Tractor trolley for shifting of equipments.
Installation of New supplied Fire engines- Installing the fire pumps on the newly made civil foundations with the help of crane/manual movement and checking the alignment, adjusting the levels by using 1mm, 2mm plates if required etc. The rate is inclusive of laborer and equipments, supervision charges etc.

Grouting of Fire engines foundation bolt holes with quick setting cement, Checking the alignment before filling pockets, fabrication of silencer/exhaust chimney for fire engines to suit the newly installed fire engine as per the directions and design given by the Site engineer.
Erection of diesel tanks provided by M/s IOCL, supply, fabrication and laying of the HSD pipeline from tanks to fire engine as per the design given by the Site engineer. The size of the pipeline will be decided based on the tank size and volume required at fire engine suction line. However the size of HSD MS pipeline will be 1" to 2" max. It will not be more than 2"MS pipeline. S/L MS Welded 40MM Pipeline:Supply, fabrication, laying and testing of MS, BLACK, ERW, Welded pipes, heavy class conforming to IS 1239, PART I as per IOCL Specifications including pipeline fittings like bends, tee etc as required and as directed for Above Ground pipeline including painting with 2 coats of red oxide zinc phosphate primer and 2 coats of Synthetic enamel / aluminum finish paint as per IOCL specifications. Starting from the installation of tanks to till supply of HSD to fire engines all the accessories are in the scope of contractor.
