M&L for duct insulation of size 25mm with resin bonded fibre glass wool role of density 24kg/Cum,with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier,thickness of insulation as specified and icluding the following.(a)M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc to make the surface completly free of millscale,dirt,dust,grease and other foreign materials,taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage.(b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CRPX Compound.(c) M&L forsealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof.(d) M&L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/steel strapes of size 12 mm/50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr all as specified and directed by eng-in-charge..

Supply,assembly and erection of GI sheet with C&SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile,duly factory boxed,incl all acessories such as corner, cleat ,carriage bolt,gasket and appropriate sealent on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 20 gauge all as specified and directed by eng-in-charge.

Same as above No 89 above but of size 18 gauge

M&L for insulation of MS pipe with PUF slab 40mm thick with and incl. applying bitiminuous compound and aluminium foil 50mm wide to make the insulation leak proof complete of size 100 mm bore of pipe all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Temperature meter digital type for walk-in- coolers of capacity 8 TR Make- BlueStar all as specified and as directed.

S&F in renewal MCCB-500 Amp,adjustable O/L & fixed , thermal magnetic protection unit, S/C fittings having breaking capacity 50 kA 4 pole AC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting to central AC Plants of 3 x50 TR capacity at OPs Room Complex HQ CENTRAL COMMAND AC PLANT comprising of compressor, Motor frame & foundation, condenser all connected pipe lines in stranded colour code AHU unit, panels boards & cooling tower etc with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade including lettering and numbering after carrying out necessary preparation of surface by emery paper all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement CT fan motor with aluminium alloy fan blade - 04 Nos with hub suitable for existing capacity/150 TR Central AC plant having motor fan of 7.5 HP and rpm-710 complete all as specified and directed.
