M & L preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by washing ,rubbing down and stooping of snowcem and painted surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic base exterior emulsion (Weather coat) paint complete all as directed by the AGE (I). Note:- (I) Camouflage finishes to be carried out by using of different colours to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (II) Paint shall be of premium quality 100% acrylic
Taking down cement plaster on walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and remove rubbish from site of work complete all as directed.
M & L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of old painted steel/AC sheet surface (wall/roof) of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint being dirty surface, on steel/AC sheet surfaces all as directed by the Engr - in-Charge. Note:Camouflage finishes to be carried out by using of different colours to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
