Providing and fixing of Single Seater Sofa as per the specification below. Made of 19mm Ply (710 Grade, BWP, Termite proof) of make Diamond /Kitply/Mayur or equivalent covered with 3 inch polyster foam (50 GSM), 3 inch, 1 inch and 0.5 inch (50 GSM)for arm and back, 4 inch and 2 inch (50 GSM) for seat of make Restwell or equivalent and finished with 100% polyster Fabric / leatherite washable cloth (Martin dale 30,000 rubs, width- 140 cm) of make Sarom or equivalent with necessery materials and all complete as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of planter box of size 4950 x 1050 x 450 with plant vase of size 200 x 200 x 150 as provided in conceptual drawing, made of 19mm 710 grade BWP Ply of make Diamond Ply or equivalent finished with 12mm Solid Surface of make Hanex (Merino). Inner surface beading with 1 mm texture laminate make Pinex/Merino with proper arrangements for LED Strip Light of 7.5w, 3k along with driver 12V/5A of make Hybec or equivalent with necessery materials alongwith artificial decoarative plants to match with asthetic of lounge and as per architectural concept all complete as per the instructions and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of planter box of size 2700 x 1050 x 450 with plant vase of size 200 x 200 x 150 as provided in conceptual drawing, made of 19mm 710 grade Ply of make Diamond Ply or equivalent finished with 12mm Solid Surface of make Hanex (Merino). Providing and Fixing of Center Table of size 900 x 450 x 450 as provided in conceptual drawing, made of 19mm 710 grade BWP ply of make Diamond/Mayur or equivalent and finished with 12 mm Solid Surface make Hanex (Merino) Shade- M 002 (Fantasia) or as approved by EIC with necessery materials and all complete as per the design and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Sofa side table of size 450 x 600 x 750 as provided in conceptual drawing, made of 19mm 710 grade BWP Ply of make Diamond or equivalent and finished with 12mm Solid Surface make Hanex (Merino)Shade- M 002 (Fantasia) or as approved by EIC, with proper arrangements for electrical 6A 1 way switches, 6A 2/3 pin sockets, USB charger & 4 modular plate of make Legrand (Mylinc) or equivalent with necessery materials and all complete as per the design and instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of stone veneer for wall panelling made of 2mm natural stone veneer- Code: SSV 34000 (washable) of make Sattva Stone beading with decorative charcoal Kurnis with necessery materials and all complete as per the design and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Architectrual consultancy Services by professional/ practicing architect for preparing detailed interior design/drawing based on conceptual drawings issued by AAI. One set of coloured plan, elevation, sectional drawing for approval and three sets of drawings (i/c 3D drawings) are to be submitted after approval . (Payment shall be released in two stages. 50% during execution of work and balance 50 % after completion of work in all respect as per the approved drawing.)
