Material and Labour for Refrigerant hard copper piping of superior quality suitable for Air Conditioner unit complete with all fittings such as bends, tees, elbows etc. compete all as directed.

Material and Labour for PVC drain water pipe 25mm bore of superior quality complete with all fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, flanges, pipe hangers, supports, anti-vibration hangers compete all as directed.

Providing and fixing Fire retardant non porous double layer flexible connection superior quality, between each indoor unit and duct compete all as directed.

Material and Labour for electric cable of size 1.5 Sq mm, 7 Core, for Interlocking between IDU & ODU complete all as directed. Make : Polycab/Finolex/Havells Note : Main supply & TPN/MCCB with double earth shall be provided by electrical contactor near each outdoor unit).

Material and labour for acoustic Lining of duct using fiber galss and rigid board.

Supply installation , testing and commissioning of Ducting / Rectangular Duct of GI ducting material complete all as directed. Make of GI Sheet : TATA / Jindal / SAIL

Material and labour for MS Frame of suitable size built with mild steel confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) with Vibration pads for Condenser unit complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for addition / alteration in the shape of dismantling existing brick construction wall, construction of new wall with brick using cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick plastering cement mortar 1:6 on newly constructed wall and provision of one door with all requisite fittings and fixtures inlcuding distempring to plastered surface complete all as per details to be provided during construction, all as directed.
