Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but including ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level.

M&L for brick work built in cement mortar (1: 6) with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc 6 m mean radius, using old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per description of serial item No. 3 above but except Brick.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks laid flat bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wall as in boundary wall etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying two of coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer, complete, all as specified & directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in surface channel complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only sand for sand filling under interlocking paver blocks.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid,bedded and pointd in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc

M & L for providing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of required shape & size, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and with pigment laid in required colour & pattern over 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand., complete, all as ditected. Note:- Sand for sand bedding shall be measured separately as supplied only.complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

All as per items No above 14 except tile complete all as per directed by engr-in- charge

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; Note: Sand for sand bedding shall be measured separately as supplied only.

Providing and laying precast cement concrete at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening with PVC Pipe wherever required and apply two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a priming paint plaster coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in charge.

M & L for Providing Precast Cement Concrete M-25 (Nominal Mix )( 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in kerbstone of size 300x300x100mm constructed from high strength concrete M-35 .they incorporate 6 mm thick 040 grade acrylic sgeets in milky white for illumination , emitting a red solar blinking light at 4000 K.Powered by IP68 LED technology the kerbstone operate on solar energy , providing a brightness of 60 lumens.solar panels will be attached individually to each kerbstone .installation involves a prepared PCC bed.the Kerbstone comply with IS code 5758 and IRC standard for road signage.additiuonal features include customizable color changing LEDs.Quality assurance includes water and impact testing,while maintenance emphasizes solar panel cleaniness and wiring integrity.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in charge.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B–1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates in copings,, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Dismantling of galvanised mild steel barbed wire of any description from fencing post (RCC/ Steel) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia , barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Each line wire to be measured)

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pigments as in floors including 20 mm thick screed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape including cranking bending, and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, with RCC post 50 mm thick (measured solid), type B-0(1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded aggregate including all mould- ings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Dismantling wooden boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

S&F Mild steel angle iron fencing post and sturts in fencing incl necessary cutting drilling welding etc and bending to swan neck shape as required and drilling holes notching for wives etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide 0r zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & laying design mix cement concrete of M - 25 grade prepared in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer ,as in roads/pavements and like ,using cement content as per design mix ,using coarse sand and garded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria ,including providing of dowel bars with sleeve/tie bars wherever required ,laying at site spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators ,levelling to required slope/camber ,finishing with required texture by brooming,including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections curing making provision for contraction/Expansion joints,construction & Longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep ) by groove cutting machine (size of bays as per existing or 2M x 2M /SSR Part I ) ,providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Note :- 1. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator ,vaccum dewatering process and finally finished by floating ,brooming with wire brush etc complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer in charge . 2. Item of joint fillers/sealants filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ration 1:2 by weight deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate etc 3. use and waste of side form for laying pavement concrete/hardstanding in bays between joints & contraction expansion joints/or between the two contraction joints for thickness of pavement upto and including 25 cm shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. 4 Design mix cement concrete shall be prepared in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer and contractor shall quote his rates keeping this aspect in mind, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
