Clearing shrub jungles, up-rooting stumps and small bushes, trees including clearing away from work site with all leads, lifts, delifts, including labour, T & P, hire and running charges of all machineries, taxes, cess, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads, lifts & delifts including rough dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials clear away from work site and dewatering including removing bushes, stumps and any other foreign materials from the working area as well as from the foundation trenches with cost of all labour, T&P, taxes, hire and running charges of all machineries, labour, welfare, cess etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken in level section only)

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under any. height including stacking of useful materials for reuse and removing the debris from the work site with all leads, lifts and delifts with all cost of labour, T&P, taxes, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-15 grade with 40 mm size and down graded crusher broken hard granite aggregates free from weathered skin and other deleterious materials of approved quality and uniform colour and texture and sharp sand of approved grading and quality conforming to the specifications with all leads, lifts, delifts and transportation by mechanical / manual means including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes,cess of all materials,labour including dewatering by suitable means, mixing concrete by concrete mixer and placing by manual / Mechanical means supplying T & P, curing for specified days by suitable means including compacting by vibrator etc. complete as per approved drawing and specifications etc. complete with all costs incidental to the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laterite stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) in superstructure using old laterite stone of best procurable and free from any admixture of white earth, using cement as per approved specification, screened & washed river sand excluding cost, carriage, royalty, taxes of materials with racking out joints over stone work & curing with water including all leads, lifts, delifts, rehandling, T & P, all labour, taxes, cess etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laterite stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) in superstructure using good quality laterite stone of best procurable and free from any admixture of white earth, using cement as per approved specification, screened & washed river sand including cost, carriage, royalty, taxes of materials with racking out joints over stone work & curing with water including all leads, lifts, delifts, rehandling, T & P, all labour, taxes, cess etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation & Plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming with all cost, carriage, labour, T & P, cess and all taxes etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost of sand with all cost, carriage, royalty, taxes, cess of all materials, labour and T & P etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
