S&F concertina coil punched type (including spike and handle) with 50/51 turns and dia 450/600mm, having a 2.6mm dia core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength. The punched tape and core wore are electrogalvanized to provide protection againist out door exposure. The puched tape is mechanically crimped ove the cover wire and then formed into a coil at avarious parts of the periphery of the coil steel clips connect the individual turns of the coil to each other so that it open up like an accordion. The weigh of each coil will be 9 Kgs (+/- 5%) without packing material and coil length wound with bituminious hession cloth of providing proctive coatings, complete all as specified and directed.
S&F in repair/ replacement of galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each line wire to be measured and paid.
Restraining, resecuring including making good galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each line wire to be measured and paid.
S&F 110mm bore PVC pipe (SWR) as in weep holes, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for preparation of new steel/ iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.
Notes :- (a) An amount of Rs. 75,079.00 on account of Credit Schedule for Schedule 'A' Part-II shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum. (b) The subject work has been issued under Para 35 of DWP 2020, hence no extension of time for delay in completion of work shall be granted. The contractor's claims whatsoever shall not be entertained on this account. (c) The Work Order shall be placed immediately after acceptance of lowest tender and contractor shall have to submit Performance Security of appropriate value as per contract condition within 28 days of the date of the letter of Acceptance. If contractor fails to submit the same or fails to commence the work, requisite amount shall be recovered from the first RAR/ Final bill or contractor's dues besides other remedies available to the Govt under the terms of the contract.
