INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION. M & L for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised earth wire of size 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix 15 mm dia angular stop cock chromium plated high pressure with long shank and cup capstan headed screwed down complete all as specified and directed.

COMPOUND WALL, FENCING & GATE S&F punched tape concertina coil 610 mm dia using high tensile spring steel wire of 2.60mm dia as per IS-4454 and steel tape in 19 mm width as per IS- 513 and including 18 micron zinc coating. (Each coil is to be expanded up to max of 6.00 mtr length) complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply,Installation , testing and commissioning of 33/11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, Power transformer of capacity 2500 KVA , outdoor type, plinth mounted, step down transformer, ONAN cooled, oil immersed, copper wound transformer complete with first filling of IS 335 , ISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings / accessories, 17 position ON Load Tap changer (OLTC) with tapping range +5% to -15% in steps of 1.25% each, with Remote tap cubical changer (RTCC) panel & Automatic voltage regulator (AVR) with Vector group Dyn-11 conforming to IS: 2026 and complete accessories including HV Bare Bushing, LV Bare Bushing, Buchholz Relay (having Contacts for Alarm & Trip), OTI (having Contacts for Alarm & Trip), WTI (having Contacts for Alarm & Trip), Marshalling Box including cable end box on both incoming and out going side complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,Installation , testing and commissioning of 33/0.433 KV Distribution station transformer of capacity 63 KVA , 3 Phase, 50 Hz, Conf to IS 1180: 2014, Level- 2 , outdoor type, plinth mounted, step down transformer, Onan cooled, oil immersed, copper wound, with vector group DYN 11 , complete with first filling of IS 335 , ISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings / accessories / mountings conforming to relevant IS and 7 position tap changer (Tapping range +5% to -10% in step of 2.5% each complete all as directed . Note for Transformer under serial item 15.00 & 16.00 above: (i) Power transformer and distribution transformer to be placed on PCC plateform and its Bi directional roller to be locked properly (ii) The contractor shall furnish original bill certificate (purchase voucher) test certificate, and warranty certificate of the transformer from manufacturer. (iii) The contractor shall submit the general arrangement darwing of transformers and get the approval of GE for Make and darwing of transformers before placing the order. (ivi) Prior to manufacturing the general arrangement drawing, design and details of transformer shall submitted to GE for approval. (v) Both Transformers shall be dispatched only after inspection at manufacture premises to be done by OEM Auth & MES Auth at manufacture premises Routine test as per IS relevant IS to be carried out at Factory in presence of MES rep. (vi) Connection of Transformer WTI to VCB through multi core copper conductor control cable of suitable size (irrespective of length) is deemed to be included in the item. (viii) Contactor shall submit the operating manual and maintenance schedule of transformers from OEM in two sets.

Serial Item No. 17.00 Contd... 3. Tripping test of VCB on earth fault, over current and over voltage to be carried out by contracot before completion of work to the entire satisfaction of MES and user Rep. Same testing arrangement to be done at the time of precommisioning test of SEI. Cost of the same is deemed to be included in unit rate of item. All required calabration to be done by contractor. (iii) Contractor shall submit general arrangement of VCB panel and get approval of drawing and make of VCB before placing the order for procurement. (iv) VCB Panel shall be dispatch at work site only after carrying out factory test at OEM permises in presence of MES Rep as per relevant IS and tests mentioned in PS ."

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning 33 KV oil immersed Current transformer for metering protection and differential protection, single phase outdoor type, mounted on fabricated steel structure and fixing bolts, nuts check washer etc completed and directed for system rated nominal voltage 33 KV and system rated highest voltage 36 KV, 50 Hz, CT ratio 400-200/5-5 Amps reted burden 15 VA, accuracy class 5P - 10 for protection including first filling of transformer/insultation oil conforming of IS : 335 and of di-electric strength of 40 KV as per IS : 1866 and complete with all accessories all as specified and directed.
