Same as Item No. 1 above but Crushed stone dust of approved quality and quarry.

Water allowance for consolidation of stone ballast to be allowed on item No. 1 between 15th Nov to 31st May (6+7)

Bitumin Painting over W.B.M. surface (Ist Coat Painting) including supply of 13.2mm guage stone grit and bitumin including maintenance of stone grit and bitumin including maintenance of road side patries & watering them during operation for proper completion of work as directed by the Engineer in charge & also including road roller charges and its fuel, the wages of fireman and T&P etc required for proper copletion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge, including cost of tack coat (Bitumen shall be used @ 0.60kg/sqm)

Providing and laying of 50mm thick compacted (Avg.) bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH on hot mix plant prepared/existing surface with specified graded crushed stone aggregate for base/binding course over a tack coat including of aggregates with F.E. Loader and Hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material in tipper, to site upto paver finished to the required level & grade, rolling by power roller to achieve the desirt density, Bitumin will be used for BM @ 3.40% by woight including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying semi-dense buituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site by tipper , laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade , level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification , complete and as per directions of engineer-in-charge.25mm completed thickness with bitumen og grade VG-30@ 5%( percentage by weight of total mix ) and lime filler @ 2% ( percentage by weight of aggegate ) prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Brick edging on both sides of the road with Ist class bricks 8cm wide & 12cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour, & supply of bricks finished to required level & in proper alignment & also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer in charge including supply of all material labour & T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Earth filling in embankment in patri dressing including cost of earth & cartage beyond 5.0km including ramming and dressing the surface in required levels and slopes and also including royalty, supply of all labour T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying of 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shose heater driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material labour T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Cleaning Jungles including uprooting of trunk vegetation grass, bushes, wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 meter above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters out side the periphery of area cleared .Same as Above Item 259 But Grass only

Preparation and consolidating OF SUB GRADE with road roller 0f 8 to 1012 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade disposal of surplus earthwith lead up to 50 metres. with road roller.

Extra for compaction of earth work in embankment under opti- mum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density ( proctor density).

Providing & applying VG-10 Tack Coat with bitumen using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.30kg/sqm on the prepared surface/granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms. (503) (iii) on WBM.

Providing & applying VG-10 Tack Coat with bitumen using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.35kg/sqm on the prepared surface/granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms. (503) on Bituminous surface .
