S & F 2 nd class hard wood 35 mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze, etc, (without sash bar) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Glass pane and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately in respective item. only

Supply only Galvnised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm complete as specified and directed. Note- steel wire cloth could be fixed in any type of window, ventilators or doors i.e. aluminium ,steel windows or glazed doors.

M & L Preparation of New wood or previously untreated surfaces of any description , not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or grith apply two coat of synthetic enemel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over of redoxide zinc chrome coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surface incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick surface of walls finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 in two layers (10mm under layer and 5mm finishing layer) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified incl mixing with water proofing compound (Both layers) (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M & L Preparation newly plastered surfaces and applying 1mm thick Wall care putty on surfaces of wall as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on prepared wall putty surfaces of internal wall all as per specified and directed.

M&L Granite stone 18- 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (Veneering to wall) and laid on cill of parapit wall over 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above.

Description all as per Ser item No 22.00 above but as in skirting or vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Joist, channel, angle or tee , square or rectangular, tubler sections, fixed indipendently or as purlin , rafter, or post including cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts , providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc, complete all as specified and directed.(Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality A).

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape as approved, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) .

M & L sand filling under floors or interlocking tile or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

S & F Pre-painted galvalum aluminium zinc coating steel based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa minimum, yeild strength, it shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% aluminimum, 43.5% zinc,1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surface @ 150 gm/ sqm of coating as specified and shall be fixed with hot dip galvanised, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprened and EDPM washers as in roof covering all as directed at site all as specified and dircted. Note- Fixing of sheet can be done in any shape( round/semicircle etc)

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings

S & F powder coated aluminium ventilator cross section conforming to IS 63.5x38.10x1.5mm consisting of two partions upper portion shall have louvers with 3mm thick pin headed glass and aluminium wire cloth 0.30mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.56m fixed with aluminium beads and securing on outer face of frame and lower portion of ventilation shall be fixed with 3mm thick pin headed glass with IDPE rubber gasket including aluminium beads, including preparation of jombs all around in CM 1:3 finishing even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.
