Proscenium: Providing, fitting & fixing side and top proscenium by m.s frame work made of ms tube of section of 25mm X 25mm with a grid structure of 450mm X 450mm c/c. The front fascia of the proscenium to be covered with 9mm BWP ply and back side of the grid structure to be covered with 9mm BWP ply . Stage Fascia: Supplying and providing Stage fasia up to the height of wooden stage floor level from the floor level of the auditorium by a framework made of 25mm x 25mm m.s tube. The frame work to be covered by 9mm thick ply (BWP grade) with nails & adhesive and 1mm thick laminate pasted on 9mm ply with adhesive in a decorative way. The bottom edge of the fascia to be covered with polished teak wood skirting of size 25mm x 08mm and top edge of the facia will be covered with 50mm x 25mm angular moulded wooden bit complete with approved colour. Stage Flooring: Arrangement of Stage floor by providing, fitting and fixing of runners of size 50mm x 40mm with 600mm centre of approved quality Mild steel will be fixed on R.C.C gride at a hight of 450mm from auditorium GL with M. S. clamps and nuts bolts. Leveling is to be done with wooden blocks to provide passage for cabling for sound & stage light system(Rate for PVC conduting is incusive in Electrical /sound items), 3 mm thk neoprin rubber over the grid followed by 19mm thick BWR ply to be fixed on the above runner with screws and nails. teak wood plank of size 12(±)mm thick 100mm (W) X 1200mm (L)Teak wood plank will be fixed on the soild ply with necessary fixing arrangement and finishing the entire wooden floor with polish. Stage False ceiling: Supply & fixing suspended ceiling which includes G. I. perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 600mm centres. Then suspending G. I. intermediate channels of size of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each) from the truss / RCC roof at 1220mm centres with M.S. hanger as per requirement with G.I cleat etc. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 600mm centres.Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick tiles made of Wood Fibre cement composites with black colours of size 595x595mm/595X1195mm. highly recommend for ceiling.
