M & L for taking down/dismantling of unserviceable Air termination of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of Air termination single pointed copper rod size of 12 mm dia & 300 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of Air termination single pointed Aluminium rod size of 12 mm dia & 300 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking down/dismantling of unserviceable test point terminal block of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze 75x75x25 mm of 6mm thickness and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm, dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully from roof / wall of the building loose / hanging / de-shaped, aluminium / copper strips of any size and type including unserviceable insulators etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc on roof and down conductor above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F copper strip 25mm x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc on roof and down conductor above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with using copper plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized M.S. earth strip 32mm x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron mild steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40mm bore light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal / salt, funnel etc including taking dowm existing unserviceable earthing and earth continuity conductor upto and including 7.5mtr complete all as specified and as directed.Note : - (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I, (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe up to 7.50m for protection of earth wire/strip, (iii) Item includes the cost of earth lead wire/strip up to7.50m & (iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L for earth continuity conduction fixed to wall or recess or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20x3mm copper strip including taking dowm existing unserviceable earthing and earth continuity conductor etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The item shall be measured and paid for the material provided beyond 7.5mtr from the earth pit.

Dismantling/uprooting of LT unserviceable pre-stressed concrete/steel poles of any size and shape and including taking out dismantled portion of poles embeded in ground after necessary demolition of concrete foundation and making good disturbed surfaces, pit including surrounding ground surface properly (including disposal there of) to plant the new pole in PCC complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- PCC and pole replacement will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for prestressed cement concrete poles 11 M long of size 152x152 mm at top and 152 x 260 mm at bottom class-9, conforming to IS-1678 including fitting of air termination and mounting clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE- (i) Air termination rod, Earth Strip, earth continuity conductor etc will be measured and paid under respective item of Schedule.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary frame work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete form, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for GI tubing light grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/acessories such as sockets where nacessary for protection of strip on pole/wall and under road crosing including claps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed of size 40mm dia

Supply and fixing in repair GI funnel with fitter fixed to GI watering pipe of existing earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC earth chamber (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover using B 1:2:4 with 20mm graded stone aggregate including 10mm TMT steel reinforcement bothway 100mm c/c all as per electrical plate including provision of handle for cover including removel and disposal of broken unsv existing earthing chamber and cover etc complete all as specified and directed.
