Corrosion mapping (IPS anomaly verification - internal metal loss anomalies, mid-wall laminations etc) using PAUT scanning with forming grid and checking longitudinal weld integrity using PAUT scanning by qualified and experienced technician using Phased Array Ultrasonic Instrument (calibrated) and Probe as required as per site including mobilization, demobilization of NDT equipment, manpower, supply of all consumables, making arrangement for inspections in ditch (cleaned pipe surface and gap under pipe required for inspection shall be provided by the IOCL's contractor), labourers, inspection personnel, submission of reports with analysis by level III and feature indications etc. to complete the work in all respect as per direction of site engineer or EIC. (Pipe details-12.75" OD,NWT 6.35mm,Grade -API 5LX-46,LF ERW )
Verification of IPS metal loss anomalies with Manual Ultrasonic corrosion mapping (B scanning) (Including Mapower, instrument, mobilization, demobilization and calibration) technique, taking thickness readings after making grids, comparing parameters like length, width, depth, o clock of reported defects with actual finding a site, interpreting the nature of defect, submission of reports etc. to complete the work in all respect as per technical specifications and direction of Site engineer
