Construction of Community Centre (Panchayat Ghar) G P Gahlian , Dev. Block Nadoun . Distt Hamirpur (H.P.)(SH. Building Portion Civil work ) (Based on H.P.S.R. 2020).

Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, de-watering and/or removal of slush and incidentals, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs (Three meters) clear from the edge of excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter)layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the likeincluding attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like Within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using Second class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) buildings bricks of class designation 7.5 in super-structure above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick flush door shutters including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws ISI marked conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc.Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws including priming coat with approved steel primer and other incidentals for its completion up to all floor level complete as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing hand rail of 75 X 40 MM Rectangular hollow section M.S.pipe handrail fixed with baluster 19 x 19 mm and 12 x 12 mm M.S. solid square bar in combination with MS flat 40 x 6 mm as per detail complete in all respect .As per specification, Drawing and direction by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing hand rail 50mm Dia. MS hollow pipe handrail slip resistant with round ends at two levels at 75 Cm & 90cm Ht. welded to 25 cm dia MS hollow pipe which shall be welded to the baluster it should extend 30cm beyond the top and bottom of the ramp as per detail 50 mm dia MS hollow pipe baluster of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing & fixing 5 mm thick glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors,windows, clerestory windows, all complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia.on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure 4/6 Kg/cm2 ISI marked of Finolex / Supreme including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
