M&L for drainging out water from semi undergroung water sadimentation tank of capacity 70000 Gallon scraping out bleachin residual, sediments, sand, fungues scaling etc from inside, bottom and wall of water storage tank with the help of wire brush, steel Patti broom and jute bags and taking out same from the water storage tank and throwing at a distance not less than 25 mtr away from the water storage tank, cleaning inside the water storage tank and then washing and flushing out with fresh water including area cleaning of around the water storage tank all bushes/leafs/shrubs till the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and writing the date of cleaning on water tank wall with black/white enameld paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for cleaning of catchment area of water supply at Kuddan nallah with removing stones/ scraping and taking out same from the water storage tank and throwing at a distance not less than 25 mtr away from the water storage tank room, cleaning inside the water storage tank and then washing and flushing out with fresh water including area cleaning of around the water storage tank all bushes/leafs/shrubs till the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and writing the date of cleaning on water tank wall with black/white enameld paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (At Kuddan Nalla main water source point)

Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in Hard/dense soil including taking out and laying of GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the Starting point.

Taking up cast iron water mains 150mm bore (inc all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joint including burning out joints and accessories from bakloh cantt area upto bharai area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking up or down GI Tubing and connections of 150mm dia complete with socket/flanged joint and accessories form bakloh cantt area upto bharai area incl cleanning for re-fixing/ re-laying or remove from site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cast iron bends of Bore upto 150 mm bore (any type,radius and angles) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction double branch, cross(all socket, spigot) collars, caps plughs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/lifting up submersible pump set with comlete pipe of capcity 5 to 7.5 HP with 32mm dia bore and submersible cable from 125mm casing pipe,from bore well having upto 110 Mtr depth and lowering complete including lowering pupset after repair complete and testing all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for transportation of defective submersible pumping set of 5 to 7.5 HP capacity to nearset wokshop and return back after repair and reassembling the pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rewinding of Submersible pump capacity 5 to 7.5 HP with super enammeled copper winding wire of existing size applying insulating varnish drying up by heating for improving insulation resistance, painting with one coat of synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L construction of brick masonary valve pit built wn cement mortar 1:6 including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil and disposal of surpluse soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr all as directed by Engineer-in-charge including 10mm thick plastering internally in CM 1:4 and flush pointing in same mortar to brick work externally as work proceeds and cement concrete in foundation PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 15 cm thick & PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 coping, including 75 mm thick & hard core of gauge and exc. 63mm using broken stone /bolder, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick MS angle iron frame, handle locking arrangement and painting to steel surfaces including dismantling of old valve pit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. incl necessary excavation earth work of the following sizes :-

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new distampered surfaces of walls and applying two finsishing coat of oil bound distamper (oil emulsion ) on walls, incl 3mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ briken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25 cm watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in Hard/ldense soil. complete all as specified and directed.
