M&L for Prepration of old plastered/painted surfaces of walls, pillars cornices surfaces includinng scrapping down smoke ,soot,and efflorescence salts,treading oil and greasy spots, brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prepration of old surfaces of ceiling includinng scrapping down smoke ,soot,and efflorescence salts and treading oil and gresy spots, brooming down or steel wire brushing removing nails making good holes cracks etc on old plastered/painted surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling surface incl filling holes necessary where required with putty as in pathces or nail holes to obtain smooth finish using sand paper and matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls, pillars cornices etc surface incl preparation of old plastered/painted surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss incl filling holes necessary where required with putty as in pathces or nail holes to obtain smooth finish using sand paper and matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment (Old coloured surface) over plastered/painted surfaces of walls,Pillars cornices etc including scrapping down smoke soot and efflorescence salts,treading oil and greasy spots,brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening prior to distempering on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint on walls, pillars cornices etc surface incl preparation of old plastered/painted surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss incl filling holes necessary where required with putty as in pathces or nail holes to obtain smooth finish using sand paper and matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of Acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint on walls, pillars cornices etc surface incl preparation of old plastered/painted surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and incl filling holes necessary where required with putty as in pathces or nail holes to obtain smooth finish using sand paper and matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surface of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wall care putty of 1mm thickness over plastered/old scraped/prepared surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note-Entire spalashes in floor shall be cleaned immediately after completion of periodical services.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone/concrete walls /ceiling incl racking out joints etc,hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc & dispose off debris upto a distance n exc. 500 mtrs where directed complete all as specified and directed.note -rate applicable upto four storey height incling all scaffolding work

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4. finishing even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measuared seperatly and paid @ 200ML for 50kg cement bags or as per manufacturer's instructions). note -rate applicable upto four storey height incling all scaffolding work

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:6. finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceiling in CM 1:3. finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening over newly plastered surfaces of walls, pillars cornices etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of Acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint over a coat of exterior primer including preparation of newly plasterd surfaces of walls, pillars cornices etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces incl preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coat of white wash on Wall surface incl preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projection, chajjas, facia,bands, shelves, beams, RCC railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height and in any situation floor (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement if required with wire mesh of weight 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing/ filling with PCC (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate,15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of painting as existing in building to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.note flate area will be measured for thickness upto 200m and four storey height

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint including complete removal of old existing treatment by wire brushing with sand paper to walls, ceiling, roof, slanting walls, under base any shape of OHT at a level of ht from Zero to 30 mtrs any radius/dia including filling cracks/holes with white cement where ever required to make surface smooth to receive finishes. Note:- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of material,labour,tools and plants,scaffolding steel props upto 30 mtr height. (ii) Contractor will get the insurance done for all the staff working at site of OHT and will be totally responsible for safety of labour,Deptt will not be responsible in any case of mishappening while working,fixing scaffolding,removing treatment on walls and surface of OHT. All required Safety Kit,equipment,helmets,jacket and safety measures will be taken while working at any height by contractor.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old steel surface of pipes/Stair side railings etc to over head tank height from Zero to 30 mtrs including preparation old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removing plant/Vegetation with Root from duct wall,Traps/Bends/Pipes junction/parapet at any height from Zero to 30 Mtr of exisiting brick or concrete structure for multistoried building/Over head Tank and filling the same with Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate to match the surface with exisiting surface complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of stone, concrete surfaces (road side kerb) of any description/width/girth and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer, in yellow/white and black colour pattern complete all as specified.

M&L for writing letters or figures (block, roman, Italic or Indian) not exc. 30cm high with synthetic enamel paint such as P-02 P-39 OTM etc ) , ground of 150 dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc. as directed with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3-4mm thick acrylic sheet board of High quality with best quality Media printing incl 04 Nos of stainless steel stud for each board fixed to wall using drilling and making good (size of board , design of bd , type of print on sheet, samples of letter, pictures, writing will be provided by accepting officer or Engr-in-Charge) and fixed at any height from GLto 30 Mtr complete all as specified and directed incl dismantling of existing broken sheet.
