Operation and CAMC of STP at Hostel, Dharamshala and Residential Complex at MPMMCC

Running, Operation and Maintenance of 250 KLD & Sewerage Treatment Plant including servicing & cleaning with chemicals, cleaning and distilling of sludge drying , periodical back washing of the filters with required solution and fixing of ACM and DMF Filter, checking leakage from gland packing of pumps and replacing the same, checking and lubricating all bearings, checking of all pipes, valves, joints, strainers, handles etc. and repair as per requirement and keeping Plant in functional and keeping the machinery in good working condition Round the Clock. Payment of chemicals/Consumables will not to be paid separately

Following activities to be carried out on taking over of plant as well during O & M of both STPs separately 1. All the E & M components of STP is to be cleaned from deposits of silt.

2. Proper servicing for motors and pumps, blowers required for both STPs.

3. Required Activated Carbon is to be changed with IV 900 value approx. qty in the shell– 800 kg

4. Filter media if found choked in STP, needs to be replaced/ washed.

5. Damaged tube media is to be replaced with new one if found damaged.

6. Damaged Fine bubble diffusers will be replaced with new one.

7. Butterfly valves to be checked and replaced with new one if found damaged during O & M Period.

8. Extra piping for treated water transfer will be done to avoid overflow of water in premises.

9. Maintaining/servicing of pumps / motor /blower with minor repair will be done within quoted rate.
