Disconnecting and removing ceiling fan /wall mounting fan/exhaust fan from any height from electrical connection bringing down, dismantling, cleaning internally and externally thoroughly examine & replacement of split pins, cotter pins and check nuts etc overhauling, lubricating with approved lubricants, reassembling, including replacement of wornout/defective parts, refixing in original position including minor repairs for the smooth functioning and provision of new flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan including testing complete all as specified and directed *NOTE :- (1) Necessary replacement of unserviceable parts/winding shall be measured and paid seperately. (2)Labour element for replacing of unserviceable parts deemed to be included in rate quoted.

M & L for spray painting the Exhaust Fan/air circulator fan and accessories of any make / mode/sweep with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (smoke gray colour) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down water heater (Electric Geyser) of any type /make of 25/50 Ltrs capaciry after disconneting the existing electric wire , water pipe , inspecting the inner tank and components for necessary repairs including cleaning and removal of scales etc servcing etc and re-assembling in all respects after replacing unsv parts/components and testing for proper working after repairs and fixing in the original place/ position duly connecting up water supply and electric supply complete including civil work for grouting etc all as specified and directed. *NOTE:- (I) Necessary repairs /replacement parts shall be measured and paid seperately . (ii) Labour for replacing of unserviceable spare parts deemed to be included in rate quoted.
