The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement & shall give the electrical output of 40 KVA at 0.8 power factor, 415 Volts at the alternator terminal. (b) Alternator : The alternator as per IS : 13364 shall be designed for an output of 40 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 0.8 PF suitable for 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 wire system. The alternator is brushless type, screen protected, revolving field, self exited, self regulated with insulation class H band of voltage regulation (+/-1%) in static condition complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Accoustic Enclosure Pre-fabricated factory built, free standing floor mounted out door type acoustic enclosure, modular constructor suitalbe for accommodation 40 KVA DG set as per specification, approachable through doors, openable on four sides. The Enclosure shall confirm to the latest Environment (Protection) Act 1986 (29 to 1988) and latest amendments inside to the rules Noise limit shall be 75 DBS at 1 RM from the enclosure. The DG set acoustic enclosure shall be approved by CPCB by either one of their Nodal Agency's such as ARAI PUNE, NPL - NEW DELHI, HAL "BANGALORE, FCRI-PALAKAD AND NSTE-VISHAKAPATNAM. The unit (d) Fuel tank (Service Tank) Fuel tank shall be fabricated out of MS sheet of suiltable for holding diesel for minimum 12 hours continuous running, complete with filling hold with threaded cap inlet out let, drain and over flow connection arrangement, air vent connection, fuel in the tank etc.

Note: (i) Diesel, Engine oil & grease, coolant etc. required for commissioning and testing shall be supplied by contractor at his own cost. Initial supply of engine oil, filling oil, coolant MF Battery 12V 150 AH-01 No. of make: Exide or Amaron duly changed etc. till taken over of DG set. Rate quoted is deemed to be included for the same. (ii) LT UG cable and control cable as required for connecting as directed. (iii) LT UG cable for alternator to panel board and changed over to load shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (iv) Any civil works such as PCC foundation for erection of DG set as per manufacturers recommendation and any other civil works involved in installation of DG set, cost for which has been deemed to have included in the quoted rates. M&L for glow sign board (cuboid shape) of size 3 mtr (L) x 0.4 mtr (W) x 0.9 mtr (H) made of GI sheet in five faces and fibre glass in front easily openable with lock and key arrangement comprising 04 No LED tube light fitting (36 watts) for illumination and a machine printed film shall be pasted on front fibre glass inner side, the letter/words shall be communicated by the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIII (PHASE-II) Outsourcing of manpower for operation of sewage treatment plant (MAIN STP) (during defect liability period) electircally and manually operated (commissioned/proivded under sch 'A'). Man power to be employed shall be technician/fitter General Mechanic (FGM)-01 No for per shift overall M&O for day to day operations by provisioning of qualified operator round the clock including sunday and holidays for 2 shifts of 08 hours for operation of complete STP and sewage booster pump house including carrying out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, & half yearly maint complete, testing and handed over of plant to factory authorites and all as specified. Note: Minimum wages shall be paid through Adhar linked bank account (bank account credit proof shall be submitted during payment). PF shall be deposited, proof of PF account details shall be submitted. ESI account shall be opened and subscription shall deposited and proof shall be submitted for payment. Uniform two sets with shoes shall be given to operator, police verification as per OF shall be submitted.

Notes for Sl item No 52 (i) All log sheets to be maintained during each shift and details of consumables used to be maintained on each plant running record book (Log books and all stationary shall be supplied by the contractor and deemed to inclusive in the rate quoted by the contractor for item Ser No 52). (ii) Diesel required for DG set will be issued by the factory authority free of cost. Records for running hours and fuel consumed to be maintained daily on log sheet and plant running record for DG set. (iii) Being defects liability period, cost of all repairs/replacement of parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the unit rate for this schedule. (iv) Electricity and water for operation of the plant shall be issued by the factory free of cost. (v) Sludge from drying beds shall be removed in closed container to out side MD land. (vi) The contractor shall operate and maintain all the T&P installed under this work at no extra cost.

All asper item No 52 above but for booster pump house (for proposed pump house No 1 & 2) (during defect liability period) electrically and manually operated (commissioner/provided under schedule 'A') in two shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs

Supply only consumable items (under defect liability period). Supply only of ALTOCH-CH, calcium Hypochlorite (chlorine) complete all as specified and directed. (# 1.9kg/per day requirement i.e. 1.9x670=1273 Kg of say 1280 Kg (nearest drum capacity i.e. 40 Kg in each drum)
