Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out for laying of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including , spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out CI/DI/MS pipe 150 mm bore in any type, any length including fittings, control valves from the trenches/on pillars or in any condition, burning of lead joints for recovery of lead and cleaning, flushing segregation, stacking for including disposal of the unserviceable pipes/cut pieces complete all as specified and directed (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

M & L for repair to leaking fusion joint of PP-R pipe 3-layer of any dia including providing PP-R fittings as required at site and making good /leakless the existing joint, including necessary fittings if required & excavation and earth work (returning filling will be done after testing the joint) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Machine shall be brought at site for joint by the Contractor for which cost deemed to be included in the rate.

M & L for repair to leaking/block/broken and cleanign of any dia, GI/PP-R pipe line by inserting extra fittings/nut bolts if required and making good leakless the existing joint, including necessary excavation and earth work (returning filling will be done after testing the joint) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or on pillars DI pipe 150 mm bore centrifuglly cast class K7 including Tyton joints in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for brick masonary valve pit of size 105x105x105 cm (internal dimensions of chamber) including 23cm thick brick wall built in CM 1:6, 15mm thick cement plaster internally in CM 1:4 and flush pointing externally as the work proceeds, PCC 1:5:10 type E2 in foundation 156x156cm size, 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in floor, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 as coping over brick work, MS sheet cover with locking arrangement inluding lock of size 112x112cmx3 mm thick fixed (welded to hinge and to angle iron frame made out of 40x40x3mm angle iron, MS handle to sheet cover, MS hinges welded to frame and sheet cover, painted with two coats of synthetic black paint over a coat of red of red oxide primer on steel work, two coats of white wash on plaster work including excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all asspecified and directed internal and externally on steel work incl excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface by removing oil, dirt, rust and scraping etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint manually with Black/blue colour of Main Header ( water mains distribution system comprising of sluice valves upto 400 mm dia) including end plates complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in dozing plant calcium based, high strength chlorination chemical for water disinfectant in granular form in factory sealed HDPE container (40 to 50 Kg each), chlorine concentration level 65-70% complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description includinguding cutting, welding etc and S&F mild steel framed work such as ladders, walkways, railings, framework of water suplly installation and similar work confirming to FE-290, Grade E-165 includinguding necessary welding, fixing with necessary cement work, includinguding painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting to valve chamber of any size (not more than 1200x1200mm) with two coats of antifungal exterior emulsion paint inside and outside of chamber, two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on chamber cover, cleanign/removing small bushes and grass inside & outside of valve chamber complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs wire netting (covering to vent pipe of UG sump) of stainless steel wire 1.4 mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of any description and any position, removal and S&F cylindrical vertical with closed top rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 litres capacity, hoisted and fixed in pisition complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Ball brass valves, (with iron rod and ball) 20mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aviation obstruction light on top of Overhead Tanks yellow painted die-cast aluminium alloy husing Integral LED aviation light including making electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Bajaj cat part no. BGAV 302LED or equivalent

Supply and fixing in replacement for Sheet metal enclosure, factory made suitable for DB's 240 Volts single pole and neutral 2 Ways with 200 Amps without bus bar complete as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB single pole with natural 240 volts 20 to 40Amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Weather proof PVC flat twin core aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm with complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 25 mm dia rigid non-metalic PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade includinguding fittings such as tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends, fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hootks etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per the existing colour (blue/black) by preparation of old surfaces for centrifugle pump/motor of any size/capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old steel painted surface and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint to sluice valve, NRV and suction and delivery pipe line (of any size/capacity, length n exc 5meter) as per the existing colour code (blue/black) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For Painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per the existing colour (black) by preparation of old surfaces for Sluice valve/NRV of any size upto 200mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the vegetation including grass, bushes, small trees and all vegetation growth complete including digging out the root of bushes and small trees around the installation/sump/OH reservoir, valve chamber, including chamber etc filling the rough holes with earth and levelling the surfaces by removing all debris to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches of girth upto 100 mm dia and 3 mtr all around of any size over head tank/UG sump incl removing trimmed tree branches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each cut shall be measured and paid

M&L in replacement of GI fittings (ISI marked) such as Tee, elbow, plug, bend, reducer socket, union socket, nipple socket etc suitable for 15 mm to 80 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 1,45,545.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
